Well Honestly I think it would be amazing for an iphone app. I would love it greatly. I most often times am away from my computer and can't check on MR so if it had an app it would awesome because I have my phone with me everywhere. I think it would increase the interest in this game very much for new players as well as currect players. It would greatly improve the game. I also think that it would make it so that some people would be on it non stop and then there would be an unfare disadvantage for players without iPhones. It would be great but also a problem. Plus, nothing says that it would be on the same servers so it may not count to these characters. I'm sure a more refined mobile version would be the best bet for mobile users. Plus, people who still have dial up would have an easier time playing this game.

Our best bet at the moment is to code a mobile website.  It requires very little development overhead, and is compatible with the widest range of devices.

In some point in the future, it might make sense to code native iphone/android apps. In such case, I'd be happy to code an android version. As for the iPhone... we'd need someone with a Mac :p.  Again, that's something that's *possibly* way off in the future. There are a number of other things to take care of before the game can begin supporting other platforms (as there is (at least initially) considerable support overhead in doing so)

I have a Mac. I'm also ACMT certified. Work at a small sales/repair shop. I have a Mac, with the xCode installed. My manger codes apps frequently. I'm currently helping him with 2D layouts of his games. 

Here's a sample layout. Shouldn't be to difficult to code :) I might have to offer him a little monetary compensation though.
