The rogues that are created by the game should have at least one fort with them. Agree? |

Can't support this idea. If every rogue had forts that could be hit, it would skew ranking so far out of wack. Attacking HQ's gives a significant amount of XP that would have to be removed from somewhere else to balance it out. |
