| I love that we’ve added Seattle to the mix, but before we did this why didn’t we balance the other cities out at 3 districts? It puts CH and NY at a slight disadvantage as the 2 cities can only acquire 2 GFs instead of three. I suggest we put all at 3 and let the player base fill and empty the cities as they see fit. | |
