I think that it would be good if cl could give permission to other ppl in crew to send mass mail. For example to ppl included in upper structure.

you can send mass mails to up to 10- people by seperating with a Comma... for example:

Donnie-Brasco, -isa-, silly_cow, dontchathink

I think its best left to the CL and RHM to send out mass mails. (I'm not sure if the LHM currently can or not, but if so, its best left where it is). Too many people given the ability to mass mail and it becomes spam central. If you need to get out a message, use your crew chain of command to get it to someone who can approve it and send the message out.

Negative on the mass mail.  I already get way too many.  As much as I dislike that she made me come and look at these suggestion threads, I agree - only the select few people (couple of people) should have the privilege of the mass mail.  Otherwise, it is just spam.  And frankly, I think only the Godfather should be given the privilege of mass mailing the entire city.  Just my suggestion.
