The Chicago Beatdown: Round One

After the exciting match to start the tournament seeing Phillip Ligambi knocking out Ralph Lombino for his spot in the tournament Vincent Valentine and the crowd that say the great fight could not wait for another fight. The world was ready for Chicago to have their time and to see the bright lights on the ring with fighters going after one another. Well it was finally that time as the crowd saw Vincent Valentine entering the ring to announce the fights.

"Hello all I am please to be here with you all tonight and cannot wait to see the action that will unfold before our eyes tonight, I'm sure it'll be a great show for everyone involved! I'm excited to say, let the first two fighters come to the ring!"

Kenny Russo V.S. Phillip Ligambi

As he said this Kenny Russo and Phillip Ligambi begin to enter the ring, this was going to be an exciting fight!

" In the Red Corner we have the acting Godfather of South Side Chicago and leader of the Russo Crime Family, Mr. Kenny Russo!"

The crowd erupts for the hometown hero you could obviously tell who they wanted to win this one.

"Alright settled down all, in the Blue Corner we have a man we saw win his last fight by knockout against a formidable opponent. He is representing Downtown Detroit and is the Right Hand of the Ligambi Crime Family, Phillip Ligambi!

You hear quite a few people cheer for the man who was quickly becoming a crowd favorite after winning his first match.

Round 1: *Ding*

Both men walked up to one another slowly, almost as though they didn't even wanna fight. They danced around each other sizing one another up for half the first round. Finally Phillip threw one mid section punch missed then Kenny hit him with a quick two hit combo. The fighters continued to dance around one another for the remainder of the round.   The score cards were then collected, and the announcer said, "The winner of the first round is Kenny Russo.

Round 2: *Ding*

The fighters came out with much more energy this time around, Kenny swings first and connects the fighters return blows for most of the round. Near the end of the round Kenny Russo throws a haymaker at Phillip who dodges and uppercuts Kenny sending him flying to the ground. The crowd erupts cheering you can clearly see that the homefield advantage has been lost and the crowd was quickly going with it! Once the judges scores are collected it is announced that Phillip Ligambi has one the round. Setting the score at 1 round a piece, this last round was going to determine the fight.

Round 3: *Ding*

The fighters come out of their corner going toe to toe, they exchange blows for a good while. Kenny then rocks Phillip with a right hook, it looks like he may close the deal right then. Out of nowhere Phillip bounces off the ropes and hits Kenny hard sending him to the ground, Kenny quickly gets up and charges at Phillip throwing multiple blows, Phillip dodges most of them then hits him with another hard blow sending him right back to the ground. *Ding* The round is over, the score cards are collected then Vincent Valentine enters the ring with a card in hand.

"Men first off I must say that this was one hell of a fight and a very close one at that, you should both be proud of yourself. The fighter moving onto the next round will be none other than... Phillip Ligambi! Congrats on coming out of no where in this tournament and taking it by storm!"

Winner: Phillip Ligambi

Once both fighters shook hands and stepped out of the ring the next two fighters were called into the ring.

Mixwell V.S. Tutte

Mixwell and Tutte enter the ring and took their corners this was a fight that many of the home crowd was excited as Tutte was the home town fighter!

"In the Red Corner we have the Right Hand Man of Phoenix Rising, fighting out of Summerlin Las Vegas Oscar "Mixwell" Canellas!"

The disrespectful Chicago crowd begins to boo the West Coast fighter.

"Hey now come on let's be respectful here. Now fighting in the Blue Corner, out of South Side Chicago. A respected member of the CHI-Town crew, Tutte!

The crowd erupts hoping this time the Chicago fighter they were all rooting for would win the fight!

Round 1: *Ding*

The fighters come out, and Tutte is acting like he has already one the fight the way he was moving. Mixwell was throwing a few punches and landing them successfully, Tutte on the other hand would throw a punch and no matter the outcome he would then throw his hands up trying to impress the crowd. You could tell the crowd loved it but his opponent was not liking it at all. This went on until Mixwell landed a hard punch near the end of the round that got Tuttes attention and made him realize it was fight time. Just as this happened the round ended. The judges agreed that Mixwell had won the first round.

Round 2: *Ding*

After hearing that he won the first round you could tell Mixwell came out with a chip on his shoulder, Tutte on the other hand looked much more focuses on the fight at hand now. Mixwell threw a couple punches that Tutte dodged or quickly shrugged off, Mixwell throw one wild haymaker in the middle of the round, Tutte dodged it and BAM uppercut. Mixwell was down for the count, you could tell he was not getting back up. The crowd erupted! Tutte had one the hometown boy was going to the next round of the tournament and Chicago was loving it!

Winner: Tutte

"Wow what a fight we just saw! Congratulations to Tutte for moving to the next round! Now we know that in the second round we will see Tutte fighting Phillip Ligambi. Good luck make sure you men are training for the fight!"
 

Video V.S. RedishBlack

Both fighters enter the ring and you could see in Videos eyes that the man was here and he was on a mission.

"In the Red Corner we have the Leader of The Regime, fighting out of Paradise Las Vegas Video!"

You could hear claps and cheers few and far between with no home town fighter you could tell the crowd wasn't very invested in this fight at all.

"In the Blue Corner we have a respected member of The Frequency Family, fighting out of The Old City District in Philadelphia Redish Black!"

Again the crow gave a very half hearted clap and then the fighters got ready for the fight to begin.

Round 1: *Ding*

RedishBlack came out of her corner very slow and almost skittish, but Video came out and looked determined he was the first to swing and connected very nicely. Redish then returned the swing, that really seemed to be what turned Video into a made man to just a freak of nature. He then opened a barrage of punches, and RedishBlack could do nothing to stop him. Video really gave out a beating, then the finishing punch came out. He connected with Redish and split her nose. We called the fight because of our in house first blood rule. We don't want anyone getting too injured within the boundaries of our ring, you know insurance and all.

"Wow this was an excellent showing from what seems to be a new tournament favorite in Video I'm sure we are all very excited to see this fighter in the next round!"

MustachePete V.S. KTI-

The fighters entered the ring and as soon as Pete walked in the room you knew that he was a crowd favorite which many expected since he does head half the city and is a very big reason that community is so close.

"Fighting out of the Red Corner the leader of the Murder&Mayhem Inc. fighting out of The Loop right here in Chicago, MustachePete!"

The crowd losses their minds, no one is sure if they're cheering because they want him to win or if they're just scared he will kill them if they don't.

"Fighting out of the Blue Corner Right Hand Man of the Ferrari Crew helping run Corktown Detroit KTI-"

Many of the Detroit fans in the crowd were here to see this man, and they made their presence know to all with how loud they were cheering.

Round 1: *Ding*

The fighters came out of their corners very slow almost like they were examining one another for any weakness to exploit. KTI threw a few early punches none of which connected, Pete though did not throw one punch the entire round. He just dodged KTI and watched every little thing he did. The judges had to say KTI won the first round because Pete hadn't even attempted a punch before the round ended.

Round 2: *Ding*

Pete came out in the second round with the same approach we couldn't tell if he was just trying to tire out KTI or if he was waiting for a weakness to exploit. About 15 seconds into the round KTI opened it up on him, with a couple haymakers rocking Pete. He threw one punch to try to defend himself right as he did, UPPERCUT KTI knocked him smooth out. Pete was lying back flat on the ground. KTI threw his hand in the air knowing he had won and the Detroit crowd let him know just how happy they were with his win. This was the second fight that a Detroit fighter had beat a Chicago fighter tonight!

"Jeez who saw this coming, this was one of the fights I was most excited to see out here tonight. Well Irishman now we know you will be the one fighting Video in the second round. I look forward to seeing you two animals going at it very shortly!"

Sabrina V.S. William_H_Boonie

The two New fighters entered the ring and as soon as they did you could see the fire in their eyes to represent their city well.

"Fighting out of the Red Corner we have Left Hand Woman of the Lagusa Warehousing and Logistics, fighting out of Manhattan New York.. Sabrina"

You hear quite a few claps and whistles to see another female brave enough to step into the ring.

"In the Blue Corner we have an associate of a local family here, Murder&Mayhem Inc out of The Loop.. William H Boonie. Let's hope he can represent and redeem his family here in this fight.

Round 1: *Ding*

The man out of Chicago came out with a fire in his eyes connecting very quickly with a two punch combo, Sabrina quickly returned the favor. William the faked with a left then an over the top haymaker sent Sabrina to the canvas. She immediately popped back to her feet, then bam William sent her right back on her ass. Then threw his hands up as though he'd won the fight. Sabrina stands back to her feet and wipes her mouth, the fighters reset.. Bam Sabrina meets the ground a third time this round. William says "Just quit" Sabrina stands to her feet again then ding ding, the round ends. The judges immediately say William was the winner of the round.

Round 2: *Ding*

William walks out like he shouldn't even be here anymore, he throws another mean haymaker at Sabrina miss.. she connects with a good little punch that instantly makes his cheek swell up a little, then gives a little smirk. William then tries to rush her in a brash attack, she dodges out to the left and pop connects with the same spot which makes William take a second and reset. Sabrina knew she'd have to win this fight with her speed if she was going to win so she throws a quick three punch combo then bounces out before he can react. Ding ding the round was over, the judges took a moment to discuss then announced that Sabrina had won the second round of the fight,

Round 3: *Ding*

Sabrina comes out of her corner hopping around and lands a quick jab onto William, she was still targeting that same cheek. She bounces out, then just as she goes to bounce in William throws a hard haymaker her way that she couldn't avoid and jumped right into it. As soon as it connects her eyes closed and she falls to the canvas. The ref quickly runs over to cover her, she was out cold. William had won the fight by knockout in the third round.

"What a fight we just witnessed! It could've went either way, I'm happy to see such a competitive turnout! "

Winner: William_H_Boonie

SwaggDinero V.S. Heston

This was really a fight of the young against the old, which would win the young speed of SwaggDinero or the experience of Heston.

"In the red corner we have an associate of the Valentine Crew fighting out of South Side Chicago, we call him Swagg Dinero!"

Theres quite a few claps in the crowd you hear one young woman whistle. They were excited to see the home town boy.

"In the Blue corner we have another New Yorker, the Leader of the Culinary School and Godfather of Manhattan, Heston!"

A few people began clapping for the out of towner, but this brute of a man. The ring light made his balding head shit like another stage light.

Round 1: *Ding*

Swagg comes out of the gate moving fast and connects with a couple good hits that make Heston realize this young buck can hit, he then puts his guard up as Heston unleashed a unruly attack. Striking him many times and throwing his head around like a ragdoll. Many though Swagg would fall to the canvas then, but the young man stood his ground and then returned quite a few hits to Heston. The as he went to reset his feet and looked down, Heston uppercutted him as he looked down and sent Swagg to the ground. Just then the round ended, the judges had to give the first round to Heston for such a display of power and brute strength.

Round 2: *Ding*

The fighters come out and stand in the middle of the ring exchanging blows for the first half of the round just throwing one another necks back, then resetting and then the other one would swing. The young buck was showing off his strength to be able to stand there and exchange blows with Heston like this. Heston then rears back just as he does Swagg sneaks a punch in there that shocks Heston and he dropped his guard. Bam bam a mean two hit combo sends Heston to the canvas. Just as he begins to sit up the round ends. The judges stand and begin clapping for such a fight. They award the second round to SwaggDinero.

Round 3: *Ding*

The fighters come out and all the speed Swagg was showing early in the fight was gone, but the old man of Heston looked just as content as he did in the first round. Heston walks up and just starts throwing over the head haymakers to Swagg who could do nothing but defend against them. He keep his guard up until his legs just gave out and he fell from the beating. He was slow to get up, as soon as he did before he could even get his guard up Heston punches him square between the eyes and Swagg planked and just fell over. The crowd began cheering, it looked as though the city of Chicago had become fans of Heston very quickly!

"Swagg we're gonna have to talk about this later man, haha. Jokes aside this was a hell of a fight! Congrats Heston can't wait for you to fight William H Boonie in the second round!"

Winner: Heston

Tommy-Capello V.S. FredDavis

The fighters entered the ring and this looked to be one of the most evenly matched fights that we were gonna see tonight.

"In the Red Corner we have a very respected member of the Ligambi Crime Family, fighting out of Downtown Detroit, Tommy Capello!"

All the Detroit fans from earlier had hung around to see another dynamite fighter fight tonight. They nearly blew the roof off the snack bar when Tommys name had been called.

"In the Blue Corner we have an associate of the CHI Town crew fighting out of South Side Chicago.. Fred Davis"

The Chicago crowd cheered but not very loud as many people still hadn't heard of the young man.

Round 1: *Ding*

As soon as the bell rang Tommy went to charge Fred with one punch Fred connected with Tommys chin and knocked him out, his momentum sent him falling out of the ring. Knockout in the first 5 seconds of the fight. Wow! The crowd lost it for the young Chicago mobster who had the most impressive knockout out of the night!

"What a knockout!! Everyone better watch out for this kid he's coming for your neck out here everyone!"

Diraci_Brecit V.S. Diva-

The last fight of the night was a special one, it featured two of the most well know members of the South Side Crime Families and the crowd as ecstatic to see these two in the ring with one another.

"In the Red Corner we have my Right Hand of the Valentine Crew right here in South Side Chicago.. Diraci Brecit!"

The crowd goes wild cheering for the hometown fighters!

"In the Blue Corner we have the Left Hand Woman of the CHI-Town crew, from again right here in South Side.. Diva!"
The crowd again goes crazy cheering for the hometown fighter!

Round 1: *Ding*

The two fighters come out of their corner very slowly, Diva throws a weak punch that Diraci shrugs off. He holds his ground, just as she goes to throw another one he unleashes a mean uppercut and Diva instantly folds and collapsed to the ground! The crowd loses their mind and so does the host! "Woooooooo"

"Hell yeah guys! This will make the fight between Diraci Brecit and Fred Davis even that much more entertaining knowing they are the only two people to get one hit knockouts!"

Winner:Diraci Brecit

"This concludes the fighting for tonight and I cannot wait for the next round of fights! If you'll all give your attention over to the updated bracket!"

4 hard battles to watch on, puha, the crowd is totally empty as also Tutte are after fighting th first fight.

As Kenny listens to the bell singing, he stands up again and looks over to the crowd. He eyes Vincent as he gets into the ring with a piece of paper in hands, he reads it out loud that Philip was the winner, Kenny, panting heavily from the hard fight, walks slowly towards PhilipLigambi and gives the man a big hug.

"Well fought brother! It was a honor to face you in this tournament but I'll be looking for a rematch soon!"

Kenny sends Philip a smile then wipes out the blood coming out of his nose, he walks towards the exit of the ring, jumps down then finds a seat to watch the next fights.

RB stomps towards the exit, grumbling to anyone who cared to listen.

That's some bullshit man! A tiny bit of blood and they call it off. I was about to turn it up! And who was the fucking ref, I want wanna know where he lives... Arrgh, I am so mad I could kick a midget right now!

As the angry man disappears among the throng of people a distraught looking little person could be seen darting in the very opposite direction.

Diva puts her arms behind her as smiles and accepts the loss as takes a sip of blood from her cup as she goes and gets ready to watch the next fights and she see's tutte has made it and walks on over giving him a hug..

"Congrats to Darci and tutte and good luck"

Tutte already felt like a little champion over the crowds powerful eruption before the fight and also in the fight which gave him power he didnt he had in his body. Is there mor to get out til next fight? Tutte started directly after the win to train intencely and was about to give at least 100% next fight. He meet up whith Kenny who lost and give him high-5 for his match and in a corner stand Diva_ and he walks up to her and say.

"Damn what you lost, I promise to revenge you with all of my strength and power in my body, just so you know"

He kisses Diva on her fore-head and gets out to start his training-session.

Video waltz’s out of the ring. Redish Black was now blue and black. 

Redish Black it was a pleasure to fight you. If the opportunity comes up, I would freely give you a rematch. 

Video winks at Redish Black and walks out to meet KTI for some press antics. 

Diva smiles as she finshed hugging Tutte as she begins to walk to the women's powder room to change her clothes and gets ready to see Tutte fight he promised he would avenge her loss to Darci but it did not matter she had fun and that's all..She walks out to find a front row seat so she can cheer on her friend...

"Good luck Tutte whoop some butt out there"

Diraci walkes up to Diva_ and extends his hand.

Good show out there.

MustachePete just awakening in a hospital bed

What happened? Did I win??

Diva smiled as she shook Darci's hand..

Good job Darci I'll be watching in the crowd now..

William raises his hands as the crowd erupts. Billy walks over helping Sabrina up and gives her a small hug

"Great fight almost had me"
