Its been just any day in Las Vegas for most of people... Most , but not all... 

Paul began his day drinking "old man's" coffee and reading newspapers in his pub as and usuall. All of sudden he recived a phonecall from his Godmother Miss Niki who informed Paul that his Underboss has pulled the job they organized earlier just perfectly and that he has earned respect of the many people in Summerlin and whole Las Vegas as well... saying so she hang up , and Paul returned to his chair to finish his coffee while he was thinking of all great deeds Mixwell did for their family and the city... Paul thinked that Mixwell deserved a lot of respect in this world of ours and thinking about it he stood up and called back his Godmother... 

Niki , its time , he is ready. We will organize the party and I will announce the "pay day" in Phoenix Rising in honor of second Don in Phoenix Rising,  Don Mixwell. Call a meeting of all friend of ours and meet us at Summerlin casino at 19h.

Niki agreed and gave blessing to this decision , so Paul put his hat on and go out to find Mixwell. Knowing that at this time he usually is spending time in Phoenix Rising headquarters Paul rushed there where he found Mixwell speaking to his childhood friend and Made Man in the family, Chewie... Paul motioned both of them to enter the car and as they did Paul asked his driver to go to Summerlin Casino... Paul wanted to make this surprise and was silent all the way as his Underboss knew him so well and could recognize what this is about... As they arrived to the casino , they walked to the big meeting room they some time used for important meetings and as they approached waiter opened the door and inside was all big fellas of Las Vegas and other city as well. In the center stood Godmother Miss Niki , Paul saluted all present friends and then he stood next to his Godmother while he show to Mixwell to approach... 

Brother , its been a long time since we worked together to make our family great place and since then with each deed you proved to me that I could not wish for a better friend and Underboss. As such Miss Niki and I have agreed that you deserve highest recognition we can give and our Godmother is giving you a rank of Don. from now and on other members of this thing of ours will refer to you as a Don in sign of respect and call you Don Mixwell.

Paul said it and hugged his brother while he whisper to him

Congratulations brother , you have earned it!

I also want to announce that in honor of my brother and Underboss , Don Mixwell we will have a payday in our family!

Oscar had been at home sketching out plans for his next heist. The "Paradise Falls Dispensary". Some rink dink underground growing ring within the city that wasn't paying tribute. Oscar and Chewie would be paying them a visit once they had the full layout of the building, how many guys they had and how they'd do it. As they were mid plan, Don Paul came in and urged them to move into his car.

"Where we heading boss?" Oscar said to Paul, but Paul was silent. A little too silent. Chewie was drifting off asleep, being fairly useless as per usual. He sighed and looked a little nervous on the way to wherever they were going. After driving for over an hour, they arrived at Miss Niki's casino in the city. Paul got out so Oscar pushed Chewie out and got out himself. They followed Don Vitti into the back of the casino where all the business went on.

"We're here? Must be a big deal" He pestered Paul. Still silent, Paul just kept walking. As he opened the door to the meeting room, the table was lined with Vegas elites. As he walked forward a few rose up. Paul had finally broken his silence to Oscar.

Oscar had the wrong idea the entire time about what the silence and meeting was about. It didn't matter what he thought, but now, it was a more important moment for himself and the family. A moment where Miss Niki and Don Paul would refer to him as a new title.

"Thank you Godmother Niki" He said as the young Spaniard bowed to her. "And you too Paul!" As he went in for a hug. "..And I guess Chewie too, but i'm not touching him" He said as he edged away from his childhood friend.

"To Las Vegas and the family!"

Nene was en route to Summerlin Casino when she heard of the big news - Mixwell had acquired the rank of Don, finally. She was sitting at a long table anticipating his arrival. When the door opened, and she stood up excitedly and smiled. After Paul and Niki greeted him, she approached him and smiled sheepishly. 

"Don Mixwell, is it?" She took a sip of her drink, smiling. "Congratulations pal. Well deserved." 

Of all the places to host a party for Mixwell they had to pick a casino thought Strider. He walked past the slot machines and the blackjack tables looking for him. He knew where to find him. His biggest weakness was dice and that was where Strider found him, dice in hand ready to bet everything.

"Don Mixwell" Strider called out to Mixwell before he could roll the dice. "Congrats on your promotion. You earned it bud" he added as he took the dice out of his hands.

Strider steered Mixwell away from the gambling area and towards the guests. "We can gamble later, why don't you mingle with your well wishers" said Strider before leaving him alone with the other guests. He searched for Nene and found her drinking whiskey at the bar.

"Nene we have no time to waste. Find every single dice in this establishment and destroy them" ordered Strider and he headed towards the casino floor to do just that. He was not going to let Mixwell gamble tonight for tonight he was going to dice block him.
