As you walk through the street looking at various different people with groups of people gathered around them, you notice one particular individual running around putting up flyers on poles, windows and walls before beginning to hand them out to passers by. You realise while you are staring at him that he is imploring people to take part in something. This has you intrigued and you wander towards him. He sees you approaching and you notice that he grips the flyers with huge claw like hands. 

"Excuse me, I was just wondering what you are giving out flyers for?" you ask politely.

"Well my friend, I'm glad you asked me that! It is about my Lottery of course! I trust that this will answer all your questions and if not be sure to give me a shout!" The man hands you one of the flyers and you look down at it, admiring the quality and effort that has clearly gone into it.
