Sarah looked down at the cash and the card, knowing she'd be unable to hide either- but she memorized the name and the address. With a sweet smile, she looked back to Gavin.

"It's been a real pleasure to meet you. I hope you have a safe trip home to your family."

As Gavin made his way to the door, Sarah picked up the bottle and the glasses and carried them to the bar. The two bills were stuffed into the bust of her dress, as was expected; but when she placed the glasses in the sink, she "accidentally" dropped the business card into the soapy water. She couldn't risk Lou knowing she'd gotten so well-acquainted with the customer, or risk him getting any ideas about tracking down this VIP for anything else. It was fine, though- Sarah had memorized the information and would spend the rest of the night thinking about how she could utilize it some day.

The office door was propped open with a brick. After finishing her duties, Sarah began to walk through the kitchen towards the stairs. 

"SARAH!"

She shuddered as Lou called for her. Turning, she slunk to the office door and stood there. Lou was standing beside his desk eating a sub sandwich.

"You only got $200 off that guy? What the fuck, Sarah? You know how much that guy is worth? VIPs are supposed to get the whole package!"

"Lou, I swear, I tried- he wasn't here for that."

The paunchy man dropped his sandwich onto the paper and angrily waved his hands in front of him.

"Ain't you never heard of up-selling? Jesus, I can't believe you let a cash cow like Byrne walk out of here so heavy. What the fuck do I keep you around for?"

He was yelling at this point. All Sarah could was pray she got off easy. 

"Get the fuck in here."

He reached out and grabbed a fist full of her red hair and yanked her inside, kicking the door shut.
