Leo had always been a somewhat free spirit, ever since a young age he never knew his father and loved his mother dearly, she never talked to him about his father and Leo never asked about him, His sister Cicile left home when he was a toddler...it was a rough neighbourhood in the suburbs of Lisando, a small city of south america. Leo was at the age of 15 at this time, and was in his last year of education..he got on the school bus as he usually did each day to return home, as he arrived to his home he saw a lot of black cars and several men in suits as if they were guarding the place, Before he could get to the steps to his porche a man in a black suit approached him. "Kid you better come with me, I cannot let you go in there, thats a sight a boy at your age should never see" After a few minutes the stranger had explained everything to Leo, but he didnt understand why his mother was a target of a hit. "You may not remember me, I am your father me and your mother had a relationship between two familys who didnt like each other, but we both loved each other and couldnt stay away, and you my boy are the result of two loving parents, when certain people found out who you were, the hit was arranged on your mother, I couldnt get here fast enough to stop it but know this....they will not get away with this." Leo is too young to really understand any of this, he was obviously involved in two familys and has no knowledge of it except what his father just told him, but he knew one thing....that he was not safe and he had to get away. [1 Week Later] His father spent a lot of time explaining everything to Leo, as well as taking him somewhere he would be safe for a while, his father got him a job as a clerk in a backalley printer shop and told him to lay low, he handed his son a briefcase with enough money to catch a flight to central america. Leo was on his own now, his father had to leave it wasnt safe for them to be together..his father vowed to hunt the cuplrit down before he left. Leo spent the next 4 weeks working and trying to comtenplate all that he had been told, however it wasnt easy...he just found his mother is dead and his father is part of a crime family whos rivals decided to kill his dear mother for a relationship that was against the rules, he felt so helpless. [4 Weeks Later] Leo had got to know the owner of the printershop fairly well by this point, who had gave him a lot of time considering what he had been through, It was coming up to his last few days..Leo had his travel arranged, the printer owner knew some people in detroit who could help him out. A few minutes later Leo had a phone call, it was his sister...she didnt know what had happened and couldnt contact their mother, Leo knew he couldnt tell what had happened as he wasnt even sure what he would say to here, after a long conversation Leo had to go, it was time for him to get out of this place and finally get somewhere that was safer if that was even possible. [2 Days Later] After a couple of days Leo was in Detroit and had himself a little apartment, shabby and cold yet safer than where he had been, He had to meet his father at cino's bar in 30 minutes so he got ready to get some real information about all this. More suits awaited him like before and for some reason Leo knew what had happened, after hearing his dad was murdered he finally snapped. Leo vowed to find these killers, but one guy in a suit pulled him back. "Kid this isnt Lisando, You cant go around taking matters into your own hands, there are rules, Go home and forget everything your on your own now, So far noone knows your alive, you go rogue and you will be signing your own death certificate, lay low." The men in suits drive off and leave Leo alone. A few hours later Leo is approached at his table but A tall guy tailored in a white suit, topped by a black striped Ferrora. "I see your new here kid, hows detroit?" |
