This is not a happy time in Chicago as we are all in deep shock over the loss of our GodFather. We are in the middle of searching for the bastards that shot our beloved leader down. We will not stop until we get to the bottom of his murder.

What do we know at this time? 

It is still a little early to know the full accounting of what went down in the poker room but as you can see by the obits we have taken care of some of the people behind this ruthless killing of our leader. We will continue to get to the bottom of this and everyone involved will be taken care of Chicago style.

Two or three times a week the God Father liked to play poker at the Chicago Poker Room run by myself and oldboy. We would stand in the entrance area where we could see who is coming and going.  it also gives a good view of the table where the old man sits. people from across this country would come to play poker with this well liked man. They just loved to spend time with him and didn't mind losing money to him if it made him happy. It was like this was their way to pay tribute to the well respected man.

Nothing seemed out of place and all the normal players were having a good time. Pretty women were serving drinks and the men all had cigars at the table. Everyone seemed  to be having a good time as usual  until suddenly a group of men outside kicked open the back door to the room and burst in with guns blazing! My first thought was how the fuck could this be happening? I had 2 men that always guarded that same door every night the old man played poker. The men that were in charge of this entrance?    Mistah_J_ and  Loria.   

In no time the bullets started to fly and the men at the table immediately returned fire as fast as they could but it was already to late.  By the time oldboy and I ran to the poker room it was already to late and the damage had been done. The GodFather had a bullet in his head and most of the players were dead or dying.  We could only see the backs of the heads of the men as they raced back out the door into the alley and a get away car.

 Out of sheer anger oldboy and I shot Mistah and Loria who just so happened to be left alive. We do not believe this was an inside job or that the men were incompetent in any way but simply overwhelmed by the number of intruders that came through the back door. There is no way for us to know for sure.  We did manage to find one of the intruders still alive on the floor bleeding out and we are in the process of getting as much info as we can about the others that were involved.

While this is going on we need to have stability in our Family and keep our city safe. Being next in line we have decided I will be taking over as GodFather - Chairman in the great city of Chicago

The guys on the door had to go, they just had to. There was no way I could trust them after this.

The old man was a great guy. He gave us this poker room that were gonna have to get striphe to clean out now, but these things happen for a reason boss. I'll do everything I can to get to the bottom of what happened here, but it's your time now boss.....sorry..... Godfather...a change was due.

I'll make the call to our friends over in New York. I'm sure they will want to hear what happened and congratulate you on your new post.

The first of many to get gunned down this day

It was early in the morning after a long night at the casino. The sun was just rising as Striphe stepped out onto the street quickly putting his sunglasses on. He was rushed into a waiting limousine and on their way downtown. He had just gotten the call that his boss had challenged and killed the old man.

As they past street light after street light he pulled up a Cuban cigar and had his associate lite it for him. Taking deep puffs as they arrived at the HQ and he was able to congratulate the new Godfather. Stepping out he saw his boss...

Congratulations on earning your position. I have seen you go through a lot during this time and I am excited to see this new chapter for both you and this city.

You know we are here for you until the end with friends all across this country we will keep business booming and money flowing.
