Rafa steps out into the streets to address the public and the potential assholes within the crowd who have a mind to try and cause some sort of disruption among our peaceful leadership.

"Let me make something abundantly clear. I can confidently speak on the behalf of the other city heads when I say this: We will not tolerate anybody who attempts to be a rogue or aid a rogue in their mission to kill. Our actions to thwart your attempts will be quick and efficient. Your attempt will be futile..." Rafa takes a flash out from his suit jacket and takes a swig.

"It has been quite a while since our cities have been in actual peace. The only significant deaths that have occurred in recent times were the results of rogues. I have personally had the great fortune to have chats with the heads of all of our great cities. We are all equally excited at the current state of our nation. We are all working together. We are all enjoying each other's company. At this point in time, and for the foreseeable future, we all consider ourselves to be a united front against rogues. We are all equally excited on the upcoming event which will be historic: A grand total of seven Godfather Chairmen. All united. All interested in one thing. Peace." Rafa stares out at the crowd.

"While  ConstanceBonacieux's death was unfortunate, it gave rise to a wonderful leader who has stepped up to fill some big shoes, BobRoss. Personally, I have been quite impressed with his enthusiasm, vigor and interest in keeping our cities at peace. I am very fortunate to be among the heads of our nation: MustachePete, ralph_lombino, Tiny_Tim, LouisMezzo, Jerry, and of course, BobRoss. In fact, I have been very pleased with all of these men's attitude toward keeping harmony in our streets." Rafa takes another swig from his flask.

"The recent attempts on Astra were just the latest rogue attempts. I'd like to take this time personally, and on the behalf of the city of Las Vegas, to apologize for the actions of a mediocre assassin. However, the efforts of great people should not be forgotten....people who thwarted the shit rogue attempts who will not even have their name mentioned here today. Attempt to take a shot at a head. There is no argument that taking a rogue shot is a suicide attempt. But I'll end my drunken rant with this: Not only will your attempt be futile and suicidal. It will be a complete and utter waste of your own time as you will not have the chance to do any damage at all. We will all unite. We will all come after you. We will kill you. We will take you out back and fuck you." Rafa stares out the crowd. He takes another swig of his flask. It's empty. He throws the flask at a gangster looking at him. "What the fuck are you looking at? It's fucking empty. Find me some more booze you dimwit or I'll shoot you like a rogue--like a meaningless waste of space."

Rafa's under-bosses--@Miss_Niki and Paul_Vitti came to settle him down and take him behind closed doors to cool off. They rush him off into his personal vehicle. "Fuck you rogues and you shit helpers." Rafa gets a last sentence out before Miss_Niki throws him into the car and slams the door shut.

As Kurtis was wondering the streets he overheard the gentleman making a statement and a sentence he heard made him laugh out uncontrollably

Found this post and got glad and just applaus to it and are at a great mood when we took care of this pretty fast and we all hates they who goes Rogue for sure, no matter why so dont any like thm and will be hunted down with all force from all.
