He know have getting together enough of gold to get a new life so he pack his stuff and get ready to leave his terrible living the he lived now for years. First he shaved himself and washed himself and then took his long hair and put it in a tassel on his back, then he had put all of his gold in 2 big trunks, heavily were they, he work hard to get them out of the door and puts them on the staircase, he then walks out and calls for a cab which were lucky since there came one free just when he walked out to the street. The cab-driver comes out and helps him with his trunks, he nearly cant move them but in the end he managed to get them both in his trunk and both the driver and the collector gets in to, he ask the driver to drive him to the railway-station, off they go.

Well when they were at the rail-station so was it easier for the collector to manage his trunks since he now has a wheeler to help, he goes and by himself a ticket and then goes for some food and coffee before the train will take him where hes gonna start all over and that destination are Denver, Colorado, he would by a house there and live  his life in luxury there.

After 1½ year he now has everything he wanted, a great house, a wonderful wife, two lovely children, twin-daughters. He also has a business going he bought cheap, a big sawmill, it was in fact the countries biggest one so his richdom just continued to grow.

There were on things missing in his life and that was his old way of living, he had a big cabin up in the mountains where he used to stay for some months each year and he was soon off for this years vacation living by his own and getting what he wanted by nature without seeing any humans, he has also a great og with him. A strong breed with wolf in it and he just obeyd him in all weathers so having him along were very nice and importants when being alone there in the wilderhood up at the mountain-gange where almsot no man sat their foot yet, he loved that place and could spend full days walking aound there with his dog.

He packed his car and said bye to his wife who knew how important tis was for their marriage so she didnt complain when he left. He drove off, after driving about 4 hours he couldnt come any closer so he stops the car and takes out what he can carry and he had also a good help from the dog who draw a big sledga after him with pretty much on, off they go to the cabin.

Well in the cabin he took in all his stuff and started up a fire to warm up the cabin a bit, it was freezing cold in there when they arrives, he takes up some meat to the dog and gets big bowl and put the meat in there and then he goes ot just out from the door and gives the dog his dinner out there and closes the door so he hoped the dog also could do his round before coming in to the cabin again, during that short time he starts up some dinner to himself, he warm up som beans and puts a cattle with water on and then in with some hotdogs, dont take long to get this cowboy-dinner ready, he eats and then he opens up the door and whistles at the dog which comes walking slowly and into the cabin and lay down just by the frontdoor. He to were pretty tired and thought it was best to make the bed and get to bed, they were going up early next morning to take full day in the mountains, hunting and see if nything else comes up, could be long day tormorrow so soon time to sleep, he first put on some big woods to the fire which will burn easy til the morning-light, he puts out the light and lay down and listens to the sound when the wind blows through outside, a very tiring sound to listen to so soon he slept and so dod the dog by the door, but he didnt sleep fully he wakes up now and then and listen after things, good guard-dog this was.

Early the next morning he woked up and looked out and saw it was a perfect day for going out in the wilderness, almost no wind at all and the sun shined to. He first wanted some breakfast so he puts on some coffee and takes out a bread and some butter and some cheese to put on, he also had some ham he used on some, he made 4 sandwishes, its always good to fil lup to max before getting out, he gave the dog his breakfast and then they ate together, it went pretty fast and then he started to pcak up the htings he had top take with him to made it for about 2-3 days which were about that he use to be out in the woods at each time.

They were now ready for starting their trip, he checked his packing, he had a backpack and a sledge he draw with help by the dog and that they have done before so need for traing up this for any of them, it went on like they never done anything else. The walks away into the woods and the weather were really at their side but he knew it fast could change.

After a couple of hours struggling throw the snow he decided they takes a break, he takes up some water to the dog and he himself drinks a beer which wre good when it still was pretty warm out. They sat down and just relaxed a while and suddenly they both hear a wolf howling long away, beatiful sounds it was. After resting for halv an hour they gets up and gets ready for next session. they walked and walked, it didnt go long before they reach a area he knew well and he now stopped and wanted to hunt a bit, he knew that nearby here there was really good prays to shoot down to have to dinner. He puts all their stuff under a big tree and off they go to hunt some goodies to eat...

After some difficulty he had managed to take down dear in one shot, he was a pretty good hunter and now it was time to take care of the body, he took out his knife and started to take out those pieces he wanted and left much to the wolfs and bears and also smaller predators so they had so easy meal.

They went back to their the left all their packing and he started up a fire and took up the meat and started to putting them even in smaller pieces and throws them in a pan, he wanted to make a good stew that both he and his dog could eat together After some time it started to mell really good, he tasted it and put some more salt in it then he puts up 2 plates, one to him and the other to his companion that stood there and waited for something good.

After the had eaten the rested for a while before they must take another trip to next point in theres journey, he had his schedule and he always done it after that.

The had packed in everything and start the next walk in the snow to reach the next point, it was anothe small cabin a bit more up the mountain so they hurried there since the weather started to show changes.

The reach the cabin about an hour before sun went down and he unpack and carry all things in the cabin, he looked up the sky, it was about to be a snowstorm up here he mumbled to himself.

He even took in the dog, no living being should be oyt in such weather he thought, he closed all window and made sure all of them and doors were well shutted so no snow or wind could come in, when he checked it good he was ahppy and starte to settle down, now it was just to wait out the storm and let it pass over the night and then they were about to check out the mountain-terrain all day, he had before found some gold and thats what he really was after during this trip.

They survived the nights snowstorm and woke up after a pretty awful night, he had to go up and strengthen a window that were about to blow up in the storm but he managed to secure it so they could sleep for some hours. He got up and let the dog out and saw it was pretty much snow out so he had to use skiis today, the dog ran out to do what animals do after  a long night indoors.

He ate a steady breakfast and aslo gave the dog plenty to eat, it was a very long walk or skiing they had to do today, he had looked out and saw it wasnt to bad weather, the sun shined and it was a good skiing-weather today, he packed a little sldge he had taking with him that also was on small skiis, very easy to take that fr himself so the dog could watch for dangerous animals like wolfs and bears without any troble helping him with the packing.

They had been on for quite some time now and it was time to take a break, they were about half ways already. He collected some wood and made a fire so he could warm up some food and also make some coffee. They ate and took a smaller break, they couldnt rest to long, they had to reach the mountan before sun went down so they started the next mission to reach that.

They had passeda large field and could now see the mountains in front of them, he took ot the right course to an area he had bought up for many years ago, he was sure that he would find gold here, he skiid faster the last part and the dog hadmt any problems to that, soon they were at the spot he wanted to put up the tent on, they would stay here for about 3 days and during this time search the mountain-area he owned. He really hoped the best to find what he wanted faster than that, he had food for 3 days and if it was neded he could hunt maybe to get another 2 days at most, but three days should do it was he sure of.
