"Michael Pavanno, you're here because we have reason to believe that you are under threat from the Upstate Commission, you've recently grown in power. They're not ready to let you or your Club walk away from them, we're here to offer you a deal, The F.B.I Wants to be allied with the next big power in this line of work and we have reason to believe that will be you. If you're ready to accept this deal, we will be prepared to assist you in whatever way possible, in exchange, we expect information on all your activities and if needed, an account of all your dealings..." Mael had wondered how he had gotten here of all places, it wasn't exactly where he saw himself in the first six months of his reign. His Club that the Agent was referring to was known as the P.M.C, a group of bikers that ran drugs throughout Detroit, Chicago, and Philadelphia, of course, they had chapters all over and some were just setting up. He was not ready to allow them anything that they had been given, for now, he was too busy focusing on the situation now. Things had changed since his movement against the Cordelia Cartel, the Cartel had become a Motorcycle Club obviously. It was clear that Mael did not wish to embrace his Sicilian Heritage and instead wished to offer the alternative, it was still a family, a stable union that could provide anybody with what they wished at his table. He was ready to make sure that his people were safe. His alliance with the Upstate Commission had slowly been deteriorating, in short, there were breakouts, wars, rebellion, and straight-up takeovers. The Vincenzo Crime Family had diminished in Power since the Old Don, Gerard, had been gunned by his own Son, Federico, who had taken the reins and refused to deal with him or his MC. The Balek Syndicate was now nothing without Cachino, Jackie 'Four-Eyes' Salieri had taken over the Syndicate and it had become a den of greed and lust, no longer being honorable and now nothing but a bunch of pimps. With this, Mael had been making plans to move his MC away from that business and instead make it his own, wanting to become independent "I ain't making a deal because I've got nothing to share, I don't know about an Upstate Commission, now I believe that I have nothing to share with you. Now, do you have something to charge me with? I have a dinner to get too," The Agent let him go before stating with a clear tone. "Michael, The Famillies ain't going to be able to protect you forever, with the new change, you'll find that you have no friends to protect you but those who wear that patch on their back." |

"So what do you want to do? The Agents are right in this matter, the commission has changed and maybe we need to start officially breaking away, the deal we had was with the old man and the senior officials of the Commission. Only now we have others that have no business ruling their respective famillies, we need to adjust now or we don't stand a chance against the new age of Mobsters. Don't you get that? We need to make sure that we have our own people straight first before we worry about the commission." It was tough sometimes, Billy understood that and it was why he had wanted to become the VP of this little MC, they had nine patched members without himself, Mikey, and Uri included. The prospects were an odd bunch but they only had three so far, they were good kids and he wondered if any one of them would be having the Rolling Dice on their backs at the end of the year. "So, Don Vincenzo Sr is dead, Balek is nowhere to be found and their crews have been taken over, while their territory remains in the hands of those who work for them. Shit seems to be normal but we didn't get any call or anything else, it seems like we had been cut off and nothing remained the same, so I talked with some of the old guard loyal to the former bosses on the commission, it seems we're alone in this brother and that's what matters here." Mikey spoke with a clear tone, they had been cut off and now it remained for them to fortify their defenses without the support of the Upstate Commission. While they hadn't used their name, people assumed that the P.M.C had to be associated with the infamous commission and the dots were connected, with Mael being nothing more than a supposed figurehead for the Vincenzo Crime Family. "What do we do or where do we go from here Mikey? There have to be some of the other famillies that we could associate with, there has to be, we need them to get this Casino off the ground." Mael arched an eyebrow, already noticing how Billy seemed to be needing this odd association with the Upstate Commission, he wondered why he needed it so badly. It definitely wasn't for the MC, he needed this like it was some kind of validation back into something. "Don't worry Bill, there is, and I know exactly where to find them." |

The Mallardi Bistro "Paulie, what are we going to do about this kid? He acts like he owns the town, he has none of his old man's vision, nor his reasoning for keeping the P.M.C on the board and payroll. If we let them go, we can kiss our Casino goodbye and the hefty amount of cash that they were bringing in, this cannot go on. We gotta get an okay, the commission, anybody, this kid can't be our boss for this long." Who spoke was a Capo for the Vincenzo Crime Family, Pete Valdanza, a former Soldier and got moved up when he supported Fat Derek Vincenzo with his rise to the top. Now he didn't agree with wacking the Old Man but he did want to move up the ladder but not like that, with the loyalists to Gerard being removed or forced to flee the country, Federico took over. Now Pete had seen this kid and knew that he was something else, he could have been one of the greatest bosses alive, only he changed one day, he had become focused with moving away from the Drug Games, Casinos and Trucking. This was how the family made their money, they were known for these areas of business, only the boss wanted it to stop and so it did, no one did any of those and started moving into his new direction, Hookers. "Hey, Pete! Don't talk like that, he's the boss, you respect him and what he can do. Mikey, he's a good kid, I have no doubt that he will reach out to one of the famillies or us soon. You listen to me, I want you to head to the MC, give them a note or something, tell them I wanna meet-" Paulie was cut off as the roar of motorcycles was heard outside his Bistro, now he didn't have a nice little piece of Paradise in South Philly for nothing, he knew that Mikey had an association with the Race Street Company, more specific, the branch of South Philly, where his father had made his bones. "Well, it seems you don't have to send me on an errand, cause they're already here..." Mael and his crew lined their motorcycles up perfectly as they waited for the Underboss of the Vincenzo Crime Family to pop his head out, this was a matter of respect and understanding on the part of both crews but Mael was sure that there would be no blood on the streets whatsoever, he could count on his boys for that. "Paul, we just want to talk, Crew to Crew." Soon, the middle-aged Underboss of the Vincenzo Crime Family popped his head out, already it could be seen that this business was clean and no guns or acts of violence were being done to prove otherwise. There was mutual respect between the crews and that was something that Mael and Paulie had acquired overtime after working with one another. "You know, you could have just ordered a meal and we would have been there. What do you want Mikey?" Mael smiled thinly, his wildfire eyes only gleaming with amusement underneath them but he could not help but grip the piece that was in his holster. "I could of, only I don't think that I would get this warm a reception from you or your guys. We need to talk about the agreement, may I enter?" Paulie looked at Pete for a moment before shrugging, giving him access as everyone relaxed as the unspoken words of a ceasefire was given. |

Mikey sat opposite Paulie Mallardi, this was clearly a discussion that needed to be had for quite a while. Now Paulie was one of the old Mobsters that had aligned himself with Don Gerard Vincenzo, he had kept his business in Drugs and Tracking, he never dabbled in anything else and did not need too. He was a respected and feared Mafiaso, he had ties to the Old Country and was not to be trifled with, it was why he had been made Underboss for Fat Derek. He wanted to keep the loyalists on board with him, this is how it worked, he gave Paul Mallard a position with him. "I want to know why Federico cut me off, now my guys are happy with that, some of us. We know that being under your thumb gives us less money but it also allows us to deal with unsavory elements, without that layer to us, people will take us as a joke. The P.M.C, ain't a fucking joke. So, why Paulie? After all the history and blood my father spilled for you guys, to give you a piece of the land, he could have rolled up like Tyler Fuckin' Durden and ended all of you. No one, and I mean, No one! Would have batted an eye." Paul narrowed his eyes on the kid, he could see why he was pissed and he could see why some of his men were pissed, only he was not going to be treated like crap by the little runt. This kid's father had indeed given them a start in Philadelphia, his Tops Casino had helped with that, only shit was changing and the Pavanno Family name was not what it used to be, now they were nothing but Bikers, Mobsters in a faraway land that anyone barely recognized and ran by an 18-Year Old kid. "Listen, kid, what Federico is his business, he's the boss and I listen to his okay. He said no dope, I listened, he said no trucking, I listened. He's taken away my income away as well kid, not just you. A lot of my boys are suffering, the Asians, Mexicans and most of all: The Irish have all taken advantage of this, they see us as weak and now they know to strike, while the time is right." Mael could already see where this was going, Paul wanted something to open up to him, something that had not been open or even banned by their boss before, he wondered, what other trade was out there that they didn't think of? It came to him like he was being pistol-whipped, The Guns, a business that no one touched except the Asians and some of the Mexican Organizations. "What does that have to do with me? Hm? You act as if a Guns shipment is going to fall into your lap..." Mael laughed before noticing the look on Paulie's face, the smirk that resembled a cat and for once, Mael hated the mobster before him and tilted his head. "Oh fuck no, I'm not going to Canada! Fuck that, A.O.D is up there and they don't fucking screw around, with anybody!" Paulie slid some cash across the table, wanting the kid to do this for him and their business, it could prove to be profitable if the Kid saw it the right way. "Think about it, I knew your father and I know you. You'll find some way to make this peaceful, we'll all walk away happy." Mael sighed before standing up, heading outside, he thought for a while and knew that he would have to talk with the MC and see where they went from here. |

"Are we really doing this Mikey? This kind of job, especially for the Italians, never ends well. I say we stick to the deal that we have now if Derek doesn't want our money or business, he'll find that some of our other talents are not there for him. He'll learn the error of his ways." Michael sat at the head of the table, he had called for the meeting or better known as 'The Table' - where all the arrangements and agreements of the MC were put up for a vote, some had to be unanimous and others had to be a majority. This one, well, it was a majority vote and Nine out of Twelve Members in the P.M.C were voting on the agreement between themselves and the Italian, Paulie Mallardi. "Come on Uri, even you have to see this benefit, even you see the benefit of having the Mallardi Faction allied to us. Soon, he'll be ruling the Vincenzo Crime Family. We'll want to have him on our side and if rumors are to be true, then the A.O.D are already having some trouble of their own regarding the Bastards of Hell MC, wars are going on all over the place boys. This is our chance, either we eliminate the threat known as the A.O.D and gain two potential allies in the B.O.H.M.C and Mallardi Faction or we Patch Over A.O.D, broker a truce and still gain the original alliance." It was already sweet, having the B.O.H.M.C on their side would prove to be a benefit. They ran Heroin in Canada, they were known for it and had a hand in the Guns Trade, they had Chapters in the United Kingdom, Russia, Germany, and Australia. They were a big-time MC that rivaled the Italian Mob in some places, the Mother Chapter of the B.O.H.M.C was of course in Ontario, Canada, with the National President leading the charge and this was something that he could see turning into full-scale war if he didn't play this right. "Boys, Yay or Nay, do we go ahead with this deal and provide Paulie Mallardi with the Guns Trade?" Mael was the first to go, no one knew where he would land, he would be the leading factor, it was no lie that people followed the President's lead and this was going to be exactly that. He raised his hand, raising his voice slightly as to allow his men to hear his vote. "It's a Yay." And so it went, 5-4, the Vote Passed with Uri and some of his staunch loyalists backing his vote but in the end, The President had loyalists in his own right and his yay had been the deciding vote. He took the gavel in his hand, tapping it down on the table before looking, allowing his brothers in arms to leave. "You know, this could break us. Guns, it's a much more dirty business than Drugs, we don't even know who is supplying these guys, do you know what you're doing Mikey?" Michael lifted his head, his eyes had softened slightly, clearly giving way to show that he was a bit nervous with the things that were to come. He knew what this was doing, he was either going to patch over or kill a Rival MC, allowing one of his own or maybe the B.O.H.M.C to move in, he did not know yet and so he gave Uri the honest truth as he knew that his Sgt. At Arms could spot it miles away. "Honestly brother? I don't know, I guess we'll see." |

Mael sat at the table, overlooking the carving that often had the words of the M.C: "Brains Before Bloodshed" - it was something that they used often, remembering to always use their heads before unleashing the guns and spraying the enemy with lead. He knew that there were more ways than a single bullet to deal with the Angels of Death, they were a band of 6, barely able to launch an impressive Patch Over for any Regional MC that could be more powerful than them, no they needed someone to save them and that would come in the form of The H.H.M.C - the new name of the Pavanno Motorcycle Club. Michael wanted to get away from his Sicilian Roots and so he talked with his VP and Sgt, they knew that it was something they needed and now it was official. Mael had moved away from the family name, he knew that it was time for his business to start, all he needed was the go-ahead from Paulie and things could progress from there, this was a once in a lifetime, this would be the beginning of his own story to his children Mael thought and he knew that he would be telling them this one day. "Mikey just got the call, Paulie says we're ready. He also says that the guns are being delivered by Yao Son-Yee, a bit of backstory is in that as well, since the days of your father's death, the Son-Yee Family took advantage and swept up the Heroin, Alcohol, Guns and Cocaine Trade from Tops, your father's organization. They are no longer a minor clan in the Asian Hierarchy, they are the Hierarchy, still, they have their honor and are willing to make deals for the sake of money." Mikey nodded, he remembered the Son-Yee Clan, they were a minor clan and it seems that with time, standings change and the Asians have moved on up with the Son-Yee Clan moving up the ladder, taking the reins and becoming one of the bigger threats or possible allies with his move into Canada, this could provide him with a nice motive of gaining the A.O.D under his belt. "So, the Son-Yee Clans ran drugs, guns, and booze? Hmm, seems standard Mafia business if you ask me Billy but that does not matter now, we have to get this under wraps. Get everyone prepared, it seems we are going to Canada, are you prepared for this?" Billy tilted his head to the side, stepping forward as he closed the Chapel Doors, the privacy between VP and President was at points, the most important thing in an MC. "I'm prepared for this brother but let me ask you: Are you prepared for this? Are you ready to do what needs to be done?" Mael did not know what to say to this one, it was finally happening and all he could do was wonder how he was going to adjust from here, he could become a National President in weeks and yet, all he could feel was that he about to end someone's way of life. "I don't know yet but all I do know is that we have to do this, for the betterment of our M.C, God forgave, his Host did not. Go on, I'll see you out there." |

Two weeks later "Boys, Paulie said you'd be up here soon enough. Welcome, I'm Frankie Mallardi, Paulie's brother. I run the Mallardi Capo Crew up here in Ontario, things are a bit different up here. The Mob does not have that much control up here, we got the BOHMC and the Balek Syndicate up here. We ain't getting much business but Frankie says that you can change that, we've given you the best information we have on the power hierarchy in Canada for now. If you change that, the family will be grateful." Michael nodded, his glasses sitting on his nose as he sat in the hotel room that had been given to them by the Mallardi Crew, things had gotten a bit wrong with them noticing the prominent Prospect Members of the BOHMC, along with numerous protected clubs in the area. It was clear that the BOHMC were not alone in their alliances and it was something that he had only imagined in his wildest dreams, he was only making money in the drugs trade and there was a National/Regional Power MC raking in more than he ever could in his lifetime. "Thanks, Frankie, it means a lot. Tell me, what do you know of the Angels of Death? What's their business?" Mael noticed that Billy had tensed up once he heard that the Mob did not have that much power up here, he had begun to get increasingly annoyed with his strong Right-Hand, the man was beginning to set him off and he could already see him becoming more of a nuisance with his lustful desires of wanting to join the Honored Society once more, didn't he know that they were doing their own thing? They were associated with many organizations but only had one thing in mind for them as a brotherhood. "Well, they mostly deal in Guns, here and there, they deal with Meth and sometimes pure Colombian Cocaine scraps from the low-level Gangs, such as the Rollas and others. If they were to deal with a bigger shipment, they either go to the BOHMC or Aztecas." Mael arched an eyebrow, Aztecas? Who the heck were they? He had never heard of any them around these parts, yet it seemed Frankie had in his time in Ontario had heard of this new organization, at this information that was being presented in front of him, Mael could not help but ask with such childlike curiosity: "Who are these Aztecas Frank? They seem to be important enough for you to mention them." Frank looked at Mael with a small smile of his own and he stated in his own soft tone what the Aztecas were. "They're like us, they're a group of people looking to raise hell, make cash, and live a good life while doing it. What else can people expect, hm? The Aztecas are National, they are known for their charters in the US, Australia, Germany, Europe, and Asia. They are more powerful than the BOHMC, Don't mess with them, they answer to no one." Mael raised an eyebrow once again, he thought this over and he might have a clear path to getting the guns and providing a clear way to get the A.O.D Patched over with the support of The Aztecas, now he needed to make sure that he could have a sitdown with the man himself...he wondered how he would go about that. |

"You do know that this isn't a boardroom, this is not something that just gets done within a matter of seconds with you leading the charge here brother. This is something that you can't control, this is something out of your power, these guys, they aren't like us, they aren't small. We won't be able to offer them anything without screwing ourselves over in the process of this deal, we can't do this and we need to be able to maintain our control. We can kiss those dreams of yours goodbye, we need to make sure that this is the correct move brother." Urie, his left-hand and strongest ally in the HHMC and all he could think that he was right, this move he was planning, it could spell the end for his club, they all would be kissing gravel before the BOHMC or even the AMC looked at them with a glimmer of anything in their eyes, they wouldn't recognize their bullshit MC and soo...they would need to be recognized, it was going to be now or never, Mael would rather it be now and he knew exactly how to go about it. "Urie, we still got some information from Frankie about the Minor MCs in Canada, those with five or even six members. We want them to meet us at a bar, we offer them a Patch in Canada, safety, and protection. We build up, we make sure that we get noticed because this won't be something that either club take unnoticed, they see us wearing our rockers, they won't be looking to pull us over, they'll be ready to put a bullet in us." Mael turned his head to look at Billy Pinkman, once again, he could see the man was down in the dumps. The V.P Patch was starting to become more of a burden to him then anything else, he did not want to be seen wearing it, he did not like it, almost like it was a disease of some kind and he wanted to be rid of the taint that it brought on his honor. "Urie, give us a moment." The sergeant noticing the rising tensions between his Pres and VP decided to allow them to talk about it, even though Mael was just a kid; he saw something in the kid. Something that everyone almost refused to see, it was his eyes, the way they held the eyes of experience, not youth or wonderment, not lies or deceit but experience and almost like he had years of it. "Sure, I'll get a couple of the Prospects and we can go alert these fuckers, see if any of them are brave enough to answer the call." Mael nodded his thanks to his Sgt before turning back to face Billy, the man that had brought him here and had been by his side for who knows how long was starting to doubt their work here. He wondered if he had truly paid attention to anything, had he not seen that he was stepping further away from the Honored Society? It was no longer him, he would rather maintain a strong association with said Mafiosi. "We obviously need to talk about where your loyalties lay, I've seen the way you are with how we do things Billy, you don't see yourself as a brother to us. The MC, this life, it isn't for you. You need to make a choice, now." Mael tilted his head to the side and noticed that Billy had bowed his head, removing his Kutte. Michael did not see this coming, he stood up, hand outstretched and ready to receive the Kutte in his hands, only Billy shoved him, punching him and making his head spin to the side almost as if he had been knocked out but he had managed to stay upright. "You really wanna do this? You're the one who has been looking for a way out, I'm offering it, so the club doesn't kill you, it's now or never." Billy shoved Mael once again, storming his way out of the hotel room that Mael was staying in, things were tense and it seemed like the HHMC was starting to divide into different factions... |

"Woah, what happened to you man? I told you, don't do that but you didn't want to listen, he's a traditional honorable person. He's not used to this style of The Life, he expects fancy cars, suits, women, and the whole to bow at his feet as he passes them by. Only that didn't happen, he got this, a life with men who want to have a nice little tumble with women, not honor them, a life where he has suits but not fancy ones, a life where he has people bowing to him but not in respect but fear. He does not have a car, he is riding a bike, he's not to use, I am and you're getting there. Pushing him like that may have just made it worse or right, we won't know now." Mael did not want to hear Urie, he knew he was right but it did not mean that he had to like it, he had seen the other side of this life, how people viewed them, not with honor or even the same respect as the so-called honored society. They were treated worse than filth and he wanted to change that, he wanted to change the biker lifestyle, how people viewed the patch as a symbol of criminal activity, it could be seen as symbol of business, the Patch of Angel Wings they wore on their backs, he needed to change how people viewed it. "Urie, he needs to understand. There is no Pavanno Clan or Family in the united states, this is something deeper than the bonds of family. It is a brotherhood, he needs to realize this now, otherwise, he will be nothing more than a fool trying to play a game of who's the tougher mafia boss. You know that and so do I but if he cannot do his duty of being a VP, he needs to step down because right now, I need someone who understands my vision, who understand what I want for us, is that clear?" He may have been 18, he may have been nothing more than a bastard with a great education handed to him but he understood this life, he knew that he had been taught well. He was not going to have an inept man working with him to secure a future for them in this life, this business was a world of guns, blood, and money. He wanted the man that would want to die for this cause, he wanted the motherfucking best for this M.C and he would make sure that they had it. "Yes sir, the M.C's that answered are at the Wolf's Head, they wanted to meet the youngest President of a small MC based out of Philadelphia, you ready for this?" Michael looked to himself over for a minute before he shrugged and walked over to Urie with a smirk on his lips that made him look much more sinister than he really was. "As ready as I'll ever be brother, let's go." |

"Gentlemen, all of you once knew my father, he associated with you for the greater good of making money, he saw an opportunity in Canada and he approached each of you. He was hoping to gain a United MC Front in hopes of gaining a bunch of mules to move his product which would see your organizations earn two million dollars in over two years, something that you do not see any more but your competition does. The Bastards of Hell and the Aztecas control these certain trades, I am here to give you an alternative." As he spoke with a certain amount of flair towards the crowd, Mael could see that some of the men did not wish to believe in this, they wanted to keep to themselves or wished to be patched over by said Biker Gangs. He would leave them to their own ends, knowing that this would be getting back to Cesar Reyes or Markus Wright, all of this was, of course, a revolt against the current regime of Bikers. Who only sought to control every piece of the lucrative businesses in Canada. "I can already see some of you disliking this idea, I can tell that each and every one of you is afraid of the nights and days ahead. Say that you may be the subject of a gangland shooting that you may become the next poster boy of what happens when you cross the Aztecas or Bastards. Let me tell you now, you either join them or get run down by them, there is no middle ground of you survive with your scraps and they'll leave you be." Some of the MC Presidents looked at the boy in a newfound light, they could not believe they were taking advice from a boy. Clearly, they were older than him but it was clear as day, he wanted to unite them under a banner, to be a part of something bigger. Only most of them wondered, just whose banner was he uniting them under? His or their's? "I want you all to join me, charters all over Canada and the US, starting from, the Heavenly Host Motorcycle Club is opening its doors to patch overs. We want you to lead this charge, we want each and every one of you to lay down your Kuttes and become one of our leading brothers. We can build a history together, we can protect one another and we can certainly build a brotherhood that has long since been forgotten." Already many of the presidents had walked out, of the 30 that had come here, only 10 had stayed. It was clear that they were ready to join something bigger than themselves and for that, Mael appreciated it. They believed in him and he could already see their devotion, they were ready, they wanted to become a part of this host. "Well, I welcome you all to the Heavenly Host, please, get ready to join me in becoming bigger, stronger, and better than ever. God may have forgotten, but his host didn't." And so the party began, the new dawn also began for the warriors of the H.H.M.C, for today they had gained 10 New Charters, tomorrow would bring the chaos that waited for them. |
