Davy Jones walks to the middle of the streets and stands up on a soap box.

There have been news of gun fires from all corners of the country in the last few days. Many colleagues of ours have lost their lives in the past 48 hours and out of respect for them I ask for a moment of silence.

The mob comes to a pin drop silence, nothing but the noise of the winter winds and birds could be heard. Davy puts his hat back on and slowly starts to walk down the street to a newly renovated building.

I was blessed to be given my own city a little while back, and from day one I have tried nothing but my level best to re-build this city into an Icon of the criminal world. Now, when I came here it was just me and my faithful hands...but look at us now. With that said, the bunks in the HQ were starting to run short with the new influx of migrants coming in and so it was time to find new housing. Which brings me to my reason for being here at the moment.

Davy walks up to the new HQ and pulls the keys out his pocket.

Alright, so I have done it! Yea I did it, I just opened the HQ to the Mile High Club. Yea I know what you are all thinking...but no!

Davy walks over to the lady standing next Mikhaela, takes her hand and brings her forward to the door of the new HQ.

I introduce to you my newest Captain...Kamakazie. Since the time her mother came to Philadelphia, there was something special about her. Her work attitude was just different, she tried to get to know the city to the best of her abilities and she always offered to help whenever possible. And since those are some of the things I look for in a strong leader, her mom was always someone I considered for this role. But due to her sad demise, those plans went out the door. But then Kama came to us in Philadelphia. And she has been nothing short of spectacular for us, she picked up where her mom left off and has never looked back since. So it gives me great pleasure to allow her to build a HQ in the great city of Philadelphia.

Sammy happens to be in Philly when he hears DavyJones announcing a new crew. Smiles when he hears an old friend of his family gets the opportunity to start her own family.

Serj being amongst the crowd of people listening closely, opens a bag he was carrying to reveal a pricey bottle of champagne. After popping the cork he also takes out some glasses and starts pouring drinks for himself and everyone around him.

"I was saving this for a special moment, and I think this fits the bill. I know I'm relatively new to this city but I can say to you truthfully that this lady deserves this great honour."

Serj walks over to Kamakazie and raise his glass in her honour, then takes a sip.

"Now lets party!"

With the Casino, high paying locals and some great places to visit with some great mobsters - being given the role on Philadelphia is a grand opportunity! Congratulations and I will be in town for a few weeks, maybe we can all go to dinner, and go play the tables at Davey's casino
