Remus pulled on his coat, buttoning each button to secure in the warmth. Chicago had been hit with an awful snow storm last night and there was about a foot and a half of snow everywhere. When he had awoken this morning from another restless night, he wasn't to happy with the weather. Remus was reassured when his driver told him they could still go out to the streets and make the announcement.

As he left his school, Remus couldn't help but think about everything that had happened in the last couple of days. Truthfully it was the only thing on his mind. What else did he have to think about? His crew leader and best friend had died in a war that kept him up all night. Not only did he lose a great friend, but Chicago had lost a great leader. Then the next day he was called into a meeting with Godfather Roman and Don Marcus who had given him the nod. After the news was presented he was swept off to his new headquarters where he was busy for the past twenty four hours and had plenty of work to still get done.

He had to make time to address the streets and spread word to the rest of the criminals in the country about his new set up. The car came to a stop and Remus looked out of the window. He saw many faces and smiled at the turn out. He opened the door of the car and exited.

Hello everyone, I'm glad you could make it out today despite this weather we are getting.

He smiled to his audience.

Maybe a snow day for us tomorrow, would make my Monday much more appeasing.

Remus chuckled.

Now I won't waste your time so I'll get straight down to business. If you haven't noticed there was war a few days ago and Llywelyn Ap Myrddin was gunned down tragically during it. The great city of Chicago lost an amazing leader and as word came to me of this even the only thing I could think about was what would happen to the crew he worked so hard for?

My question was quickly answered when Godfather Roman and Don Marcus spoke to me yesterday. They gave me the nod to step up and take the crew, rebuild and move forward to better days. I know, I have very large shoes to fill, but I am not alone on this project. Myrddin's son has contacted me and over a chat I asked him to serve me, with me, as my right hand.

Remus smiled over to the man that stood beside him.

Llywelyn is just smart as his father and I know that with him by my side we'll be able to conquer the task of putting a broken crew back together again.

Without further adieu I'd like to present Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. I would also like to say thank you to everyone for their support in these tough times while I try to get my school, as I like to call it, up and running right where Myrddin left off. Last, but not least, I would like to thank both Godfather Roman and Don Marcus for this wonderful opportunity you are giving me.

My father was a huge admirer of Llywelyn Ap Myrddin, you're not wrong when you say those are some big shoes to fill. Im sure you will do him, yourself and Chicago proud and I wish you the best of luck Remus.

Congrats, nice to see the empty spot filled so quickly. Good luck with your new crew may it be as great as Llywelyn 's crew. Interesting crew name. Will your members have wands instead of guns :P

I am so excited that you've been given this opportunity to shine, Remus. I have a feeling that you will do well! I look forward to working with you and helping you make your new crew prosper, hopefully for a long long time! 

Remus_Lupin, words cannot express how filled with pride I am for you. I knew I would see this day come and I am so very glad it has. You are going to be amazing. I'm sorry that it had to come in a time of tragedy and mourning, but it is well deserved nonetheless.

Grabbing his bright yellow cap, Ezekiel mutters something about frozen rain and shakes the snow off it. Plopping back on his hand with a small shiver, he shugged the small pile of snow on each shoulder off as well. The rain coat he was wearing did not do at all with this weather but times were tight and he was frugal. Noting a throng of people outside a relatively impressive brick building, he grabs his cane and slowly pulls himself up from his bench. While stretching his stiff back, he spied a large sign in front of the property and chuckled a bit at the name.

Ah, interesting name...

Hobbling across the street, he picked his way carefully through the crowd till he was before the son of Myrddin. With a twinkle in his eye, he grasped the man's hand and gave it a firm squeeze.

Ah, Iestyn my boy. It is good to see you've grown so much since I last seen you, though I'm sure you don't remember me. You're the spitting image of your father, minus the years he carried and the beard. I'm sure you'll grow one in time! Frowning slightly, he let go of the man's hand and pulled his coat tighter against him. When I heard the news of his death, I grieved. He was a man I greatly respected and the world is less without him around.

Nodding, he gave Iestyn a small pat on the shoulder and turned towards where Remus was. He let a few others offer their personal congratulations for he was in no rush. Once the surge of people died down, he stepped before the man all this excitement was centered on.

I must say, a hearty and well deserved congratulation is in order. While it is on the heels of a sad event, I can't think of a better person to continue the tradition I know Llywelyn had developed with his men. Good luck and godspeed!
