So everyone since I started playing this game 10 years ago I've always though that many of the ranks were honestly meaningless, hence a Capo.. well what are you a captain of? A boss? Nah seems like just another made member to me. Then earlier today I got to thinking what if we made these ranks mean something but on a smaller scale. What if we put in NPC's into the game that were displayed on their profile and they could use as a little crew in order to make a little profit. Or maybe if they trained one they could pro them.

I suggest that we make a new OC called, "Recruit a hoodlum" they don't have to have anyone help but the % of success goes up the more people they have. By doing so if they succeed then they get another crew member. 

These crew members should have random stats, as well as progression rates to give them some sense of personality.

I also think that there should be a limit on the number people can have.

Made Men --> 2 crew members, Capo --> 3 crew members, Boss ---> 5 crew members, Consig ---> 6 crew members, Don --> 8, and GF/GFC --> 10.

This would also make wars much more interesting, because they would have to target the crew members of the family. To prevent any kind of using them, we could also make it so the crew members have a chance of "taking a bullet" for the leader.

I'm open to any adjusting the suggestion or changing anything, just think this would add a whole new layer to the game and maybe bring back a little life to this thing of ours.
