It was a rather Sunny Day in the Big City. Tiny_Tim was walking around Manhattan. There is a void in this part of the city he thought to himself. As he continued to wonder he found himself meeting up with HarperLane. He and HarperLane have known each other for awhile now and as always its good to see old friends.

“Well hello there HarperLane nice to see you visiting Manhattan”

HarperLane smiled and spoke “Yes I love stealing erm shopping here in Manhattan. Its a cozy place to hang out”

With hearing that Tiny_Tim had an idea. With the loss of Books not too long ago MarkHanna has had to take care of all of Manhattan himself. Although he is doing a great job he could use some company.

Tiny_Tim finished talking with HarperLane and went on his way back to his HQ and packed a few things and flew to LV to meet with Don Paul_Vitti. After some lengthy discussions the two men came to an agreement and Don Paul_Vitti gave his blessing. HarperLane would be given the chance to start a family in New York with Tiny_Tim and the NY family’s.

Tiny_Tim returned to NY and gave time for Don Paul_Vitti to discuss the matter with HarperLane. When they finished HarperLane grabbed a flight and headed to New York, As her plane arrived a car was waiting for her. Tiny_Tim had sent his men to pick her up and drive her to meet with him.

As the cars pulled up to an undisclosed location she got out and was met with a warm welcome from Tiny_Tim and MarkHanna.

“Welcome to New York again HarperLane. Last time we met you mentioned you Loved Manhattan. This is MarkHanna, he runs Manhattan for the City. We would like you to take a look at this home.”

HarperLane walked through the huge home and thought wow what it would be like to live in Manhattan in this huge place. With a smile and enjoyment she explored all the rooms. When she arrived back at the entrance where Tiny_Tim and MarkHanna are  waiting she was filled with excitement.

“You like the home HarperLane?” said Tiny_Tim. Her expression said it all. “Well then …. Its yours if you wish. Move in whenever you like.”

MarkHanna hands over the keys to the new home

Tiny_Tim and MarkHanna turn to walk out and stopped to look back for  a moment.

“Welcome home HarperLane. You are now Auth’d to set up  Parliament Mansion here in Manhattan”

Harper had met Godfather Chairman @TinyTim through her sister Rain.  They all shared some good times together. Harper never in a million years thought he would offer her a opportunity to head her own family in New York.  Harper ancestor had quite a history in New York.

It was going to be hard to leave Las Vegas.   Godmother - Chairman Miss_Niki had given her such a warm welcome when she first arrived in Las Vegas.

But her main concern was Don Paul_Vitti.  They had established such a wonderful rapport  in the short time they were together.  With sadden hearts they both agreed that Godfather Tim’s opportunity was one that shouldn’t be passed up. 

I will miss all the friends I have and had made in Las Vegas and hope we will keep in touch.

When Harper arrived in New York Don Tim was full of surprises.  He first took her to the United Nations Headquarters and she was introduced to a few members there. They left and made their way over to Manhattan to the Standard & Poor Headquarters where they met up with Don MarkHanna.  The excitement in the air was a little overwhelming for Harper. 

GFC Tim told Harper he had something else for her to see.   They drove not far away to a beautiful house.  As we walked into the empty house he said I hope you like it because it’s yours.  He handed her the keys.

 Don MarkHanna turn to her and also handed her a set the keys.  Now that you have a house you need a Headquarters. 

 Here are the keys to your new Headquarters for “Parliament Mansion.” 

MarkHanna observes the mansion that Harper now resides in.

"Wow, that's a nice house. Glad to have a little more flavor in Manhattan now. Even though you live next door, my house is your house too," Mark said as he turned toward Harper, "Welcome to Manhattan!"

The loud pop of a champagne cork is heard from inside the Parliament Mansion.

Alice walks up to a mansion she swears wasn't there just the other day. While it was weird just how quickly this thing appeared in an already densely built Manhattan she did not have the time to dwell on this or what it meant, because she had a job to do and according to the slip of paper this was the spot. 

Approaching the mansion Alice had time to take in just the vast scale and elegance of it all. Impressed and making a mental notes for design ideas for her own HQ as she approached.

Finally she reached the door, no one would blame her if she just dropped the package down and left, that was all she was tasked with but she decided to hand deliver the package to both get a glimpse inside and to meet the person behind all this elaborate design. So she rings the doorbell and awaits an answer. 

She is promptly greeted by someone who she has never met before but who she has heard many things about Harper Lane.

Hello there, I have this package for you from Tiny_Tim, he said something about forgetting to give it to you because I was not around when he initally met with you. Inside you can find some extra keys to some nearby hangouts and the local community centre as well as a list and location of other notable places, businesses and "pharmaceutical" vendors in the area.  Also welcome to New York and let me compliment you on your style, you have quite the building here. 

Wally had heard news of an expansion in the Big Apple surrounding the name of Harper Lane. She was somebody that Wally had spoken to in her early days of joining this life of crime. Although their paths diverged, she had left a good impression on him during their chat. So with a few phone calls he confirmed the information was legitimate. So he began to write a letter of congratulations to her....

"Congratulations Harper,

I do hope that this letter finds you in good health and good spirits as I've just heard the news of your authorized set up in Manhattan. This is a big step in any criminal career and I am sure that you will do well with it. Hopefully we will have more chats in the near future as I enjoyed our the last time we spoke in depth. If you're ever in the City of Angels then please stop by the Academy for a drink as I will gladly welcome you here. I wish you all the luck, although I'm sure you won't need it. Congratulations again.

With that he folded it and placed it within the confines of a white envelope before handing it off to one of his men to ship off to the east coast....

As the crowds rushed by on the street to check out the commotion Striphe leaned against the brick wall taking puffs from a cigar watching the crowds. As he finished the cigar he grunted and started walking towards where everyone was gathered. He scanned the crowd for a minute noticing a few friends from when he was working in New York. As the announcement ended and people started to leave Striphe approached Godfather Tiny_Tim and HarperLane extending his hand to the both of them...

Congratulations on the expansion and the new family. I know your right hand man HarperLane so I know you guys will be in good hands and prosper quickly.

It has been a long time since Striphe had lived and worked in New York so he decided to take this time to do some sight seeing and maybe hit up the local casino where he used to have VIP status

He stood there and watched when Harper gets so many congrats and when it wasnt so many he throwed away his smoke and walked up to her to give his warm congrats.

"Truly a great person taking her place here in NY, truly big word from me dear and I will be missing you but the best part are that I know where you are, have it th ebst you wonderful CL and make sure to have fun from now on like you always have"

He turns around with a small tear in one of his eyes but has realized that this was the best for Harper indeed since shes a wondeful CL she will do great here to as her sister Rain did.
