Cathy Parks is stood in the Street, at her side stands a group of men and women all wearing red fez hats. She waits for silence from those gathered, in her hands she holds official documents. On her face is a wry smile and genuine pleasure that the news she is bringing today is positive for her city. "As you've seen in the past few days, Chicago has been granted leases to expand their enterprises. I have had some red tape in Philadelphia, but finally I am now in possession of deeds to property in my city that allows us to further Red Fez businesses. "Today I have bought some property in Philadelphia that will be occupied by my employees and has the blessing of the Governor that we may go ahead and expand. The business has my name on the deeds, but will be headed up by one of my trusted associates. A gentleman who has never failed to impress me in everything that he does. "His purpose in Philadelphia will be to run a small division of people, mixing those with an extensive lineage and those who are fresh off the boat. He will be providing the training for them until they are ready to be made. When that moment happens those in his crew will move into my immediate family as part of the ceremony placing emphasis on how important attaining the rank of made is. "I trust this man with my life. He may not have had extensive leadership history in his blood, but he has shown me without a doubt that he is ready to take on such a task. Of course he will have all of my resources available to him as we take small steps towards making advances in Philadelphia. I will also be on hand to lend him a guiding hand, although he is more than capable of such a position. "Our hopes for our city is to not only provide shelter for Philadelphians who wish to enter our line of work. But to train them into the type of citizens who can come to the Streets and hold their heads up high. Who will be confident, well skilled and versed in the four pillars of our world: respect, honour, Famigilia and Omerta. "We already tried such a move when I came to the streets to present Mystery. Although tragedy befell my good friend, what was clearly evident was that this scheme actually works. This time we have more experience. This time I am certain our business here in Philadelphia will flourish and so will our numbers. "I am proud to present Jordi, who will be running The Deerstalkers out of North Philadelphia." Cathy steps back to present her associate Jordi, and begins to applaud. |

Jordi takes the place of Cathy_Parks First things first, I would like to thank Cathy_Parks for this opportunity to train the next generation of Red Fez Connection members. Now I would like to introduce The Deerstalkers, the training camp for future Red Fez Connection members. Over the next few months I will be looking to groom my members in the finest traditions of our business. Honor, Respect and Dignity. But most importantly Omerta. I must confess to not being the best or most eloquent public speaker, but I will be looking within the Deerstalkers to promote street presence within the family yet first and foremost showing respect to other people. Now I shalt bid you good night and work on my HQ. |
