Video was standing by his home appliances when he got a phone call from @Tony- He listened intently at the phone call and smiled. Summerlin was bustling. Currently The Regime is filled to the brim. The family is active and we are looking to expand further into Summerlin. Video requested that the made men of the Summerlin district find themselves in Videos dining room within the hour. 

As the time drew near everyone found themselves in the room. Wearing ties and dresses feeling ready for something big. Video peered through the beautiful faces and looked at the city map that was laid out on the table. 

Summerlin. Is perhaps the most beautiful part of Las Vegas. It is where the celebrities live. It is where some of the best places in town can be found. Summerlin is a vacation away from a vacation. Tonight Summerlin is about to get a little bit bigger. 

Video is handed a briefcase from @Tony- He opens the briefcase and smiles once again. He pulls out an envelope and lays it out on the table. 

@Beko you could not have been a greater servant of the regime. Often outshining me in every area i found myself so impressed with your loyalty to not just me but each of The Regime members. I know you desire to be great. I know you desire to be the best you can be. I look at you and i see the future of Las Vegas. I look at you and i know Summerlin is in safe hands. I look at you and i know that is what every Las Vegas mobster should aspire to be like. 

Video hands Beko the envelope. She opens it up and sees a key inside. 

Beko, this key is the key to your new headquarters. You are going to branch out. You are going to leave the Regime. You are going to start your outfit and how lucky anyone who joins you will be. The place is off the 215 freeway and Cheyenne. It should take you fifteen minutes of a drive. 

Video looks over at the Made men of the Regime. 

You wont be going alone. One of these men in particular will be riding with you in this crazy adventure. @Harry-Maione would you mind stepping forward? 

As Harry stepped forward Video embraced him. He took his hand and placed a pocket watch in there. 

Harry, Your father gave this to me. He asked me to take care of you. I told him i would do so with my life. I had great respect for him. I knew he had a desire to be bold and great. At this present time Harry i am asking you to do me the biggest honor i could ask for, go with Beko. Care for her. Give your life for her. Protect her and her family. Be loyal to her. Be the best right hand ever for her. 

Video looked down at the floor. His eyes big filled with joy. He couldnt believe the young Beko was now moving out on her own. A certain sense of pride filled his heart but more than that it was a sense of honor. He felt so lucky to have lead someone so great. 

Men of the Regime i wish you to congratulate your sister and mine @Beko for having earned the prestigious bold suit. Please also take a moment to congratulate her Right Hand @Harry-Maione. 

Congratulations Beko, i wish you a grand success in this new endeavor of yours. The Regime can never forget you.
