He sat in the office once again, another day, another tragedy he thought as he looked on his new position.   Sitting in an office sipping scotch didn't seem such a bad lifestyle as he ran his eyes over the files before putting them in his briefcase.   Wandering from the new offices in the loop he looked down.

Taking a special bottle from the office he looked down on the work floor as he watched the trucks leave, the augmented fire trucks to store beer and spirits as he smiled if they were ever called to an emergency.

Heading the hubcap ladened office in the bowels of the HQ, he smiled.

He loved it down here, the bins had been dipped clean, nothing shiny was left and the one-day scousefather had so much loot from stealing he had a special safe for it.   Tapping on the door, he entered.

"You keep the place keep, you created body armour from hubcaps that saved me in the last war but I think is the time you head out on own, you have been a valuable asset to my family and I believe you will be a Valuable asset to the Loop"

Pausing he pours some scotch into the glasses on the table.

"A solid head and a line who has been loyal to me for as long as I know is what's needed now to grow, and I believe your best fit.    Coughlin and Kenna the alderman, them grey wolves gave me these properties available for you to Venture out into"

putting the folders on the tale he smiled.

Thank you GfC, its been a long road over the years with our lines, being on both sides of wars along the road. My fathers notes speak highly of you (not sure why-but i digress). 

I shall forever plague you with my scouseness and my love of bins and hubcaps.

Tutte walks up to Insta and congrats him for well done job and was sur he was happy over dealing his own crew from now.

Also salute all great fallen in this last disaster, all did good. It was a hell of a ride.

He takes a deep smoke on his cigarett and stands there in honor to both Insta and all fallens.

Rampage was wondering through the streets of Chicago and he was told about the new auth that was taking place. He threw away his cheap cigar and went on to congratulate Insta. 

"I wish you best of luck on this journey, it truly is something challenging but I have no doubt you will pull through and make it a great one."

As he finished his speech, he pulled out a bottle of wine and gave it to one of Instas associates.
