Tiny_Tim walks takes a drive to Central Park to meet with the family members and other gangsters gathered. As he arrives, he walks amongst the people, seeing so many faces that are new, but also have a familiar look to them.

Good afternoon, everyone. I wanted to get out of the stuffy offices and back alleys to talk to you all directly. I can see many of you are the ancestors of past family and friends. I can see many of you are looking for an explanation as to what happened over the last many days. I will do my best to tell the tale. I want to start by apologizing upfront. With so much that went on, I am sure I will miss names of some very important people in this. I mean no disrespect to those people. There were so many heros that… well I am getting ahead of myself.

This whole issue started many moons ago when an internal Philly struggle brought about many deaths both in and outside of Philly. It started with the removal of parts of Philadelphia. Jerry insisted that Zaheer in Los Angeles be removed as well. Additionally, he pushed for Isabella-Luciano and ralph_lombino to die, just as everyone thought the dust was settling. This struggle turned out to be the starting point of what was to come. When the dust settled, Whoreable stepped up to take over Philly, a move many other cities and leaders watched with caution. We were led to believe from Jerry that this was a good move for our world.

Not long after, there was yet another struggle where Jerry led an attack against his friend and ally BobRoss and all of Detroit, using his double agent, Blur, as a mole in the city to help his efforts. The NY/CHI Nations watched this effort with a sad heart as both were friends of ours. One never likes when friends fight, but it is even harder when both sides asked for help. The poor execution of the attack left our world shaken, and also involved other cities again as people started randomly taking out targets.

As the world again tried to rebuild, we were assured from Jerry this is going to make our world a better place. Then South Philly came to visit the Nations Leaders. I met Luis_Patangeli at a local Ice Cream shop here in Brooklyn. They make the greatest Vanilla Ice Cream there. Anyway, he was looking for support, and to be honest help in ensuring his family’s survival. Nations found a friend in Luis_Patangeli, and agreed to make it known we supported him and his family.

This relationship wasn't enough to stop the aggression, as Jerry asked Nations if they would stay out of Whorable internally clearing out South Philly. It was at that point that the Nations family had to make a move. The creep of power was not good for this world as a whole. So Nations removed Whoreable from power in a very targeted strike before she could make a move against our new friends. Jerry convinced the Nations to leave a person who was no threat to anyone. As a sign of our supposed friendship with Jerry, we agreed if Nations did this no one would seek retaliation.

Now truth be told, we were considering if we could take not only Philly targets, but Jerry and his leaders as well. After a long internal debate, we were reminded that if we did attack Jerry we then would be untrusted in this world and our word would be worthless. We had vowed to not attack Jerry and he vowed not to attack us. We would work through our differences together. Thus, I spoke with Jerry directly on matters, and was assured we were good, and I ordered that no harm would come to those we made a promise too.

Now, you should all be caught up to what happened next. Jerry broke that promise and shot and killed many leaders of Nations Family in Chicago and New York. Within minutes, the shooters from both cities mobilized and began a campaign that would, in the end, include professional hitmen and women from almost all cities of our world. The battle to remove Seattle had begun.

Within the first minutes of the Battle our new friends from Philly, Luis_Patangeli and his family, called to say they would be joining the battle and gave support to the fight. Soon after, Miss_Niki from LV with her family called me ,and said she was coming with her guns as well. In the end, most of the cities/districts were involved in some way or another to remove this threat once and for all.

It's confusing if you stop and think about it. Jerry in all his attempts claimed he was doing good for this world of ours. Yet as the hours wore down and the talk increased, we could see another side to him, a side that was not what a majority of this world wanted to see. He had grand plans for himself, and it was clear they were linked with Whorable’s district before they were removed.

If all the brave women and men that jumped into the fight had not done so, what would this world look like today? We already see cobwebs forming on Detroit. There would have been more emptiness in New York and Chicago. Parts of Philly would have been left empty. In the end, only LA and LV would have remained full, but for how long. Where would this all stop?

I commend all the families that fought bravely during this multi day battle. I want to name all of the fallen heros here, but I will leave that for you to visit them in the funeral home. I would like to name all the heros that are still alive that stayed up all night providing hits, providing pros, providing information. They are the true heros, and I for one can not thank them enough. To ensure their safety I will not mention names here, but you know who you are.

None of us last forever in this world. That is the nature of the world we live in. But how we leave it, how we act when we are in it, or even leading it…. That is a true test of our character. I will go one day to the grave knowing I kept my word. A mobster’s word is all we have from this life to the next.

To all the fallen from this conflict. May you rest in peace.

With that Tiny_Tim boarded a plane to visit the GFCs and thank each of them personally.

Tutte reads carefulyl from the top to the botoom and just stands in his fully length and are very satisfied over this tryth told and he was proud to be one of the guys fighting this bloody war to his end and all thoughts goes to all fallen ones that truly are heroes and always will be remembered for long time to come.

He still stands and get also a tear in his eyes when thinking of this blood-shed  athere so many falled.

Why did it take so long to remove the "threat" of Seattle? The tyrant of SEA was jailed and still, the entire country of "professional hitters" weren't even attacking his Bodyguards. 11 hours after his initial sentence, he was still IWP. Blur lived for several hours after Jerry and Co were neutralized...not by you, not by your allies, but by the Gods. 

Think of it from Jerry's potential POV. The bloodlines of DT have always, ALWAYS been instigators. He was removing a potential threat to the world and asked his friends (you) for support. You did not answer the call, thus calling into question your loyalties. Yes, you can try to remain neutral for as long as you can, but by not taking an action in the previous conflicts (PH removal, DT removal), you sealed your fate.

And then, even when striking first, the big city of NY could not take out the shooters of SEA. Not even after receiving help from other leaders were you any deadlier. LV taking shots without pro wackers, and bodies continuing to fall. Meanwhile, orders go out to kill all unsponsored yet..YET STILL,  no BG waving was happening to the then-jailed Jerry.

Why BG wave Jerry if we had the exact time and location of where we could find him unprotected? He was going to get out of jail and immediately eat a bullet with his name on it delivered by Tim.

Doesn't matter if the Gods neutralized Jerry and Co. They were sitting ducks waiting to be slaughtered. I wouldn't waste a bullet on his BGs.

Reading his father's last journal entry, P_______I_____9 could see the the lengths people had gone to protecting the city and members of NY and how people on both sides had fought, defended their cities and defended their members. Seeing the coffins lined up, P_______I_____9  slumped down to the ground. He had placed his father's gun, favourite whiskey and a cigar in his grave to be buried with him

It was a long, hard fought war. Good people fell on all sides. Hindsight is a wonderful thing and advice given out on hindsight is always full of holes. Hopefully now it will be a time of rebuilding and a prolonged period of peace will be upon us. I have decided against a life of crime having seen how my father went down and will be leaving these shores to head overseas to explore new opportunities. My son, d_____I_I______b, however cannot keep out of trouble and has already stated his intentions to make his life a life of crime when he is mature enough and is planning to get involved in this mafia world after his stint in prison ends after the summer. I only wish he would listen to me more. 

Good luck to those in power now. Don't waste this opportunity to make the cities great once again.

Something tells me your history textbooks are missing a few pages if ya know what I mean. If we based our preliminary decisions on (in this particular case, and in my opinion) false pretenses, the majority of The Empire would have found themselves on the unemployment line. Why even risk giving him that second to fly? You had people popping MIAs instead of the free, vulnerable BGs. Likewise, you had NY leaders giving orders to shoot IA Gangsters for fear of proing again.

Our small guns were proing or killing possible proers exactly the same thing Seattle was doing. That's how war is waged in this thing of ours. There was a more immediate threat than Jerry and his boyfriends locked up in admin jail. Blur was raising hell on the country and we needed to remove his proers and HIS BGs. Not Jerry's. Also prove that we were popping MIAs. Go ahead :b

You rely on 1 gun to win a refresh race against multiple proers? If a pro shoy made it first, the war drags on and you look like a giant idiot for not BGing...nvm youre the war expert.

One gun? As far as we know, we had three. Maybe more. Proers? A shot of them could come first, yes. But we would eliminate any pro threat with our *small guns* on the city. Everyone who was active at X time and could possible be a proer for Jerry would be shot on sight. Mass mails would be sent to crews and private flights would be paid so they leave X city. At least, is what the war expert (ME!!!) would suggest. I think the people who were calling the shots would accept that suggestion.

Lastly before I die and come back...you did make a "stupid move." First, you failed to assist in any of the recent conflicts.

I followed my chairman for nearly 8 hours refreshing on him. I proed him four times. Yeah I failed to assist.

Second, your first wave on Seattle should have been your only wave. It's embarrassing that such a large city has no strength.

What you're failing to understand is that Seattle attacked us. They first waved us. So.. Tell this to Seattle.

The other thing is, you guys make yourself look bad by even engaging people like me who are questioning you

Just stands and take in all written and neve rcan understand some that cant take in the truth, but so it is when mankind is around, not everyone have there own reality for sure, thansk to that in some things, but her it was pretty clear whats going on so about 95% of all know this.

GFC Tim, thanks for the explanation. I know that these types of speeches arent a thing of necessity but i thoroughly enjoy for both the reasoning and the fall out, i think we all have a soft spot for the fall out. It makes for good listening, a guilty pleasure if you like.  

To the matter at hand, being involved for most of the events above, i can categorically say that this was the correct play and outside of SEA you'd be hard pressed to find people that dont agree. Politically, i dont really have too much to say, as i wasnt privy to closed door policy within the groups, but i can tell you that on face value, if jerry and co had been left that little bit longer, then a scorched earth policy would have been in play by them. Or at the very least, they would have monopolised this place. 

To the kin of the fallen SEA please dont take this is me slandering your name, as its not, its the opposite in fact. I said earlier that you would be hard pressed to find people that didnt agree with SEA going, i also think you would struggle to find people who will applaud what they achieved and what they very nearly where capable of. They caused a lot of deaths of big members of this community. That you absolutely can not deny. So kudos from me for that, for what its worth, anyway. 

Ultimately, the correct decision was made...IN THE END.  Personally, SEA should have went with Whorable, alas that wasnt my call to make, although i did express that at the time, hindsight is a wonderful thing though, isnt it.

Frankly you deserved to lose more but we saw what went down.

 

They shouldn't have been absolute dickheads should they? Thinking it was funny? smart? fuck knows tbh, but it back fired, totally and instead of acting like knobs and put the proper effort in, we might have "lost more" so they only have their self to blame. 

Ive already said my respect was given for what that did and what they could have achieved but they also lost it by being cockwombles! They left their only hitter to fend for her self, they did that, nobody else, them! I genuinely think they lost thier war because of this, to our benefit of course. Still, the loss is on them. 

I am not gonna lie and pretend to know everything in the run-up to the deaths of DT, part of LA and Ph from both sides.   I know each time generally I would lose a few friends.

My thoughts whenever someone makes moves are always the same is a move for eventual power and is generally weakening the base to topple those who matter.   With the watches of Jerry pushing for war as was told,  I even described it as those close to me as a case of removing the big guns.   It's a valid tactic and a great way to hold a base.

In regard to Whoreable, Pius, I was expecting Jerry to fall that night and is why I was happy to help.   My thoughts were is risk Sopa, Pius and Whoreable could help sticks so would have solved all problems at once.   I honestly felt some relief when was told Sopa fell to a pro wack.   The big problems are always the same some people flap gums the minute of wars.   People get pro, friends of people request their safety and see the end result being we lost many good people.


Is hard when our business is built on trust and respect but for me on the night, was no point removing one with side of the coin with the other.   We hope for best, but sometimes prepare for the first.

As I once told someone, today's friend is sometimes tomorrow's enemy sadly.

It's also in bad taste to execute anyone with an unfamiliar name over 60 days, but I don't recall many of Niflheim asking for Disorders head, rather encouraging him by all accounts.

I mean, surely you can understand that bloodlining the whole community for a year leaves lasting memories and ill-feeling?
