Over the past few hours, the GFC representatives have been in meetings with city hall on the problems of refilling the empty cities with business people willing to help rebuild the cities.   After several hours of long and arduous meetings stage, 1 has finally come to fruition on the attempts to rebuild Detroit.

With city hall sending private security as well as the police force to keep invaders out Detroit has become barren, empty, and unprofitable.   Where will the politicians and commissioners kickbacks come, how will the Mayor afford his new summer home?   So today Phase 1 begins with Instas move to Detroit.

Instas hard work and enthusiasm, his families communication skills and work ethic will serve him well as Bricktown attempts to rebuild.   We understand people are impatient with looking for work, and we understand everyone wants to see things happen five minutes ago but sadly that's not how the world works unless you're creating a clusterfuck of a situation.

All our cities have bled, some more and harder than others, as the next few days come plans for Seattle will be revealed and the further Growth of Detroit.   Please be patient, is work and money for everyone in time as we regrow our society.

To Insta congrats, we have every faith in you and we look forward to seeing life breathed in to a dead city.

It's always good to see expansions and cities being filled up once again with business men. War is always bad for the business. But at times, war is a necessity and new business opportunities are born at the end. Doc was nothing but a business man who travels the great cities looking for business opportunities to make money for the family.

Doc then takes out a his silver flask, uncovers it and takes a swig.

Shaking the hand of Insta at the airport Striphe took a step back and watched the crowds gathering. They were by the airplane hanger and the sun was starting to set as Godfather Angelo finished speaking Insta starting to board his airplane. He was happy to see him move onto his own city and operation there but at the same time sad to see him go. Pulling out a flask from his pocket he unscrewed the top and took a few drinks

Congratulations on this opportunity my friend and I hope you have fun out there. I will make sure to visit on my liquor runs with the boys and we will sit down and play a few hands of cards like old times.

He nodded his head to his men to go and fetch the car before shaking the hand of Godfather Angelo. He popped the truck of the car and handed over a box of scotch for his friend before closing the truck and getting in the car

As I check my telegrams I note that someone from Chicago underworld is going to move and take over Detroit, which has been empty for a little too long.  I walk past city hall in my daily dealings and note a crowd gathering.

"Good luck Insta.  While our city loses - Detroit surely gains.  I wish you the best of luck, and please know that you have friends you can count on back in Chicago.  Please don't hesitate to contact us if you need help!!"

Aladdin was deep in conversations with his crew members, trying to get everything setup right in his HQ. The infancy stages of a crew are usually the most time consuming and require some intricate attention to detail. He had already heard that his friend Insta was already authed in Chicago. And had not been able to communicate his congratulations to him due to the excruciating schedule. But now sitting at his desk with Winston working away. A phone goes off in the HQ. Winston picks it up and looks over at Aladdin. 

Its for you, news from Chicago. Well rather I should say Detroit. He says with a wide smile as he hands over the phone to Aladdin. Aladdin always weary of Winstons emphatic smiles, answers the phone. What? When did this happen? Ok. Perfect! thanks for the phone call. He hangs up and looks over at Winston smiling. We going to Detroit. Aladdin blows a whistle and the carpet shows up. He hops on and takes off to Detroit. Upon arriving in Detroit he gets there just in time for GFC Lagusa making the announcement publicly. He hops off the carpet and goes over to congratulate the God Father. 

This is a phenomenal step in the way of repopulating the country properly on behalf of La Cosa Nostra. I am very happy that you have chosen Insta to lead the mob efforts in the city of Detroit. He shakes Angelos hand and gives him a hug. 

The Bin dippers will be a perfect fit in the city of Detroit, they say much needs to be cleaned up out there. And who else would be better at collecting treasures in Detroit other than our friend Insta. 

Aladdin grabs a hold of this bottle he had brought for Insta for the occasion. Not seeing him about, he starts wondering about the place to find the scouser. 

insta i am so very happy for you. I really look forward to what you will accomplish out there in Detroit. I know your work ethic. I know what you bring to the table. Anyone who follows you into that frozen tundra will surely be blessed by your scouseness. 

My apologies for the lateness. Ive been taken out of this world for a trip to Madrid on other important, life long issues . However, i am back in town, slightly worse for ware, nonetheless i am here. 

Its with great pleasure i expand my operation and take full control over DT. When i was asked, there wasn't a doubt in my mind, i knew i wanted it. We can make great things happen over here and i fully intend to make dt shine to its full potential. Honestly, the support i have received here and in private will not go unforgotten. Its humbling to sit and listen to nice words. 

I must leave now, as i have a whole city to get into order.

Truly awsome first getting detroit in a good building-mode again and now Seattle by our wonderful Video taking this long step into making Seattle great again hopefully.

And back to Insta who also are doing a great job filling up detroit again with joy and happiness hopefully.

Congrats to two great ones doing this for us all so all cities finally again are soon filled with citizens and working properly again after being totally vanish of living people to long.
