It was a great day for hay.

For the last year or so, Wayne had been working hard down south in the States. He had lived his entire life in Ontario, but a scrap gone wrong had brought down a whole shitload of degens from upcountry. Wayne fucking hated degens from upcountry. After a couple of months of  scraps (and the occasional donnybrook), Wayne had decided to try his fortunes down in the States. Rubbing elbows and having beers with yanks wasn't his favorite thing in the world, but he had learned to get on with them. He found farmwork quickly enough in rural Pennsylvania, and it wasn't long before his superior toughness and work ethic had lifted him to the head of the farm. Then he bought another, and a couple more, until he owned every farm within a hundred miles of Philadelphia. They grew it all: wheat, barley, corn, beans, carrots, potatoes. They raised cattle and swine, pups and majestic Canadian Geese. They transported the goods themselves all over the States, to grocers and supermarkets, restaurants and snack stands.

It wasn't long before the mafia came calling, wanting a cut of his produce profits. After a few weeks of intense negotiation and a few kegs of Puppers, an agreement was struck between Wayne and Luis_Patangeli of Philadelphia's Patangeli Incorporated. All daily operations of Wayne's farms would remain the same, but in exchange for protection and some extra umph in case of a scrap, Wayne would run some "less legal crops" for the mob. He would report directly to Valencia of Crown & Cork in South Philly.

Aladdin of the luxurious Agrabah Palace & Bazaar was throwing a party for Wayne in honor of their new agreement. Wayne put on his best flannel and made his way out to the party. It was a fine affair, with everyone dressed their best, looking to impress. Wayne stood in the center of the room, having a dart, stony faced and broad shouldered. He wanted it to be known that he was the toughest guy in the room.

Before long it became time for Wayne to formally introduce himself to the guests of his party. He made his way onto the stage of the ballroom and raised a shot glass of donkey juice and addressed the crowd. It was still a bit rowdy, so he spoke over them.

"Pump the brakes, calm it down folks!"

The general hubbub of the crowd died away. ToiletBrush shouted out how handsome Wayne was before falling into embarrassed silence.

"Wish you weren't so fuckin' awkward bud."

He paused for a moment and finished his dart.

"Firstly I'd like to thank the kind folks of Pennsylvania for being so welcoming of me. You're good, fair folk, even for yanks. I'd have a beer with ya's any time. Specifically, Luis, Vale, and Aladdin, the three of ya have been mighty kind to me since we've met. When a man asks for help, ya help him, simple as that, and it seems we can all benefit from each other's help."

He felt a bit of a rumble in his tummy and decided he should make this quick.

"Right, so I feel like I'm either gonna spit or come down with the scoots so I better get after it. I am pleased to announce the official formation of the..."

Dramatic pause for effect, a large banner rolls down from the back of the stage.

"I look forward to chorin' with y'alls in the future. Now if you'll excuse me, me and Waynetta have some toe curling to get down to."

He raised his glass in a toast, downed it in a gulp, and smacked the empty glass on the counter twice.

"Pitter patter, let's get at'er!"

Luis was excited about the merge with Philadelphia's farming community, for too long had they been under represented, and they were definitely not Incorporated, Luis saw to it that his was going to change, bringing them into his network of business', it now had full benefits, better pay, and plenty of stable jobs to go around for your everyday worker, or even a mafioso looking to make a quick buck off drugs.. The group of farms would now be in charge of Luis' very own marijuana plantation, anything to make money off of he thought...

Luis listened to Wayne's speech, cheering and clapping throughout until it drew to an end...

"Cheers Wayne!" Luis called out as he raised his for the toast

As the toast finished, Luis gulped down his large glass of Crown & Cork Whiskey before sloppily making his way over to the orderves table and eating everything he could in sight.. The Godfather normally wouldn't be seen so sloppy, but hey today was a great day indeed, and well, Luis was a fucking lightweight when it came to drinking.. As he stuffed cheese and crackers into his mouth, he noticed his daughter Vale standing nearby chuckling at him.. he stopped and brushed himself off as he was feeling a bit embarrassed.. He looked around and found his bodyguard Joe mingling with someone and beckoned for him to come over...

"Get the Limo ready... I gotta get out of here..." he said as he slurred his words, Joe could barely make it out but nodded

"Hurry it up....."

Luis managed to flee out of Vale's gaze who still was laughing hysterically at her father.. he managed to make an escape and hopped into the back of his limousine as he left the celebration and took off into the spinning shadows...

Video found himself quite heavily involved in the city of Philadelphia's Jail situation. Something about him aiming to getting more units to become an established figure in the city of Las Vegas was his goal. Upon his time in Philadelphia he had overheard a new young man who goes by the name of Wayne was setting up in the city of brotherly love. The farmer boy looked determined as ever to make a difference in his city and bring about a great group of ranch hands by his side. Video decided it would be a good thing to congratulate the new auth in Philadelphia. First he felt it necessary to congragulate the sitting Godfather of Philly.

Luis_Patangeli i just want to congratulate you on your success in your city. How hard you have worked to keep it going after all these wars is literally incredible. I am proud to see what you have done and what you and Philadelphia are growing.

Wayne, Now I can say one thing about you its that i am pleased you are about to be set up. I believe that Philadelphia is going to be better with you as a leader helping out new recruits as well as old. I honestly am so excited to see what you bring to the table. Good luck in your endeavors and enjoy your run brother.

As Toast landed in Philly off of his flight from Las Vegas he noticed a nice ballroom full of some of his friends from the business. As he walked in he noticed it was a part for his friend Wayne, unsure of what exactly was happening Toast decided he would walk in and check it out for himself. As he walked inside he realized that Philly really knew how to throw a party, not as well as Las Vegas, but fun nonetheless.

"Wayne friend, it looks like congratulations are in order. I am not sure how you manipulated these people into thinking you were the man for the job, but I am sure you will do ok at least."

After saying what he felt was necessary Toast decided to leave, and let Philly enjoy their night.

Vale was sitting in the back, tucked off to the side as Wayne stood up on the stage and announced himself to the world. She wasn't one who often took front and center, wasn't her style but made sure to keep an eye on the crowd. It was actually rather impressive the crowd that had come out for Wayne's announcement, though it was rather odd how many people in the crowd looked similar to each other. Same facial structures and almost identical outfits. It was somewhat creepy but hey who was she to judge.

She stood there in that corner until the crowd started to die down and finally made her way over to Wayne.

"Wayne! Congratulations!"

She went to shake his hand but noticed how dirty his was, she hesitated for a moment but knew it would have been rather rude if she didn't do it. With a gentle shake, Vale was quick to pull her hand back and wipe it on her pant leg.

"I know you've only been around these parts for a little while but I see a greatness in you. Looking forward to seeing what you can do out there on the farm. I'll be keeping an eye on you but hell if you ever need anything you know how to get in contact with me. I'm sure you have a lot to do so I won't keep you."

With a nod Vale headed directly to the restroom, washing her hands was now the most important thing to do.

Aladdin was busy entertaining the guests that had come to party it up on this occasion here in Pennsylvania. The party was being held in the Palace of Agrabah, but the theme was something quite out of place for something Aladdin was accustomed to. Instead of fine wines and scotches, there were kegs, instead of pristine animals there were crocs running about. Hell even the belly dancers were replaced with people doing the Do-si-do. Needless to say Aladdin wasn't about this life, but business was business. So he pulled out a flask from his back pocket and had a sip of some fine whiskey from the reserves of Crown & Cork. Then after his buzz had settled in enough to deal with the Flannel at the party, made his way over to God Father Luis first.

I congratulate you on this day sir. Philadelphia gets bigger and stronger today. Its a fine day for our great city.

He gives the GF a hug and proceeds to find Valencia. This was definitely a soothing sight for Aladdin as she was dressed in a slick dress, with her hair done, and proper stilettos. The kinda way a women is suppose to be dressed. Or nay! How Aladdin was accustomed to women being dressed, minus the Arabian nights themes prevalent at his palace.

Congrats Don Valencia on the expansion of the South side. Its certainly a welcome sight to see the mob growing stronger in your district. However I think we can do with a little less Do-Si-do and the flannel.

They both broke into a laugh and shared a drink. Then Aladdin gives her a hug.

I better go find that country son of a gun, before he passes out. I hear he's quite the drinker.

Aladdin take his leave from Val and walks over to where the most ruckus in the party was. As he walks past the party, he shakes hands with Mikhail and ToiletBrush on his way to the man of the hour. Once Aladdin gets to the center of the party, he awaits till Wayne finishes his dancing. Then steps in abruptly knowing he probably won't get a better chance.

Congratulations on the new business young buck. Even though this flannel and Do-Si-Do is a bit more for my taste, I certainly like the color and smell of money.

He gives Wayne a firm handshake and hug. Then pulls out a bottle of bourbon he had cased up from Crown & Cork especially for this occasion and hands it to him.

I hope you enjoy this bottle as you celebrate today. I wish you nothing but the best of Luck my friend. And stop being so awkward mate!

Aladdin could barely finish as Wayne was dragged back into the dance by Waynetta. Knowing this was going to be a long night. Aladdin slipped into the back to find some more normal surroundings around his palace. The flannel-ness was driving him insane.
