The man sat in the chair bound and sobbing as his captive danced around holding his wife's peeled off face over his mocking him, the man knew the captive well it was his patient from the asylum Cletus Kasady. How he broke out was beyond the doctor he had heard minutes before the break in to his home that Cletus had gotten out and massacred most of the staff in a grotesque fashion as it was a "bloodbath", they had tried so hard to cure him and tell him his "other" his "carnage" as he called it wasn't real but they never seemed to get through to the man. 

"Hehehehehe, you played with my head and in my head for so long doc I think it's only fair I get inside your head isn't that right? You had them all believing I was dead and gone, but you can't kill carnage, you can't suppress it and you fucking sure can't cage it up so now you and all those involved are gonna pay." Cletus danced around gleefully laughing the whole time he spoke.

"You're sick and a monster Cletus you killed my wife and children they should've just given you the chair and been done with you!! We tried to help-" The doctor yelled but was interupted when he said the word help as he was struck in the face and Cletus's demeanor changed abruptly.

"You didn't try to help me you tried to tell me my other isn't real but he is, more importantly we are real and Carnage is back and you're not going to snuff us out this time, no one will and I will paint this whole world in blood. Cletus went back to his cheery laughing moving the wife's lips as he spoke as to imply the words were coming from her. "Oh doc everyone's always on about the women and children what makes them so special or innocent? We're all just little fleshy meat bags and after all it's what's on the inside that counts isn't it? Isn't that what people always say? Well let's go see what she was on the inside!! HHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHA"

Cletus ran off cackling madly before gutting the doctors family in front of him while the doctor howled and cried as Cletus butchered the remains of his family before decapitating the doctor so he could always have his head to play with.
