Tiny_Tim exits the battered HQ to address the masses.

The events of the last several weeks have left the GodFather Council with hard choices. Anytime there is more one person involved the decision process things can get harder and harder. It was with this in mind that the GFCs met at an disclosed location over the last many days trying to hammer out the best way forward in our world with Seattle as the topic. All GFCs presented great points of view and as we all know could not reach that critical decision point. The candidates that were brought forth were all amazing people fully capable of building the new Seattle. What went on over the last many days was constructive and ultimately will be good for the community as a whole. When I say the last several days I would like it to be known that the GFC has been working on this before the recent events unfolded.

However as we know that decision was not made quick enough and the great GodFather of this world pushed the conversation to completion. After many hours of debate throughout this day a verdict was achieved. One that all the GFCs could get behind and support. One they felt would work to build a new Seattle in this world.

I get to be the spokesman for the GFC in making this Auth. I find it an honor to be allowed to do so.

On Behalf of all the GFC representatives and especially that of Miss_Niki its my honor to announce that Video will be moving to the central district in Seattle effective immediately.

A final auth message will be coming out shortly. Congrats and nothing by welcome to Video for this new adventure. Use the guns for the NPCs

Billy makes his way onto the street clapping his hands loudly and cheering.

"Way to go Video, you deserve it man, show us what you can do, make us all proud!"

With that simple affair, he steps back to allow for others to opine.

Saya hears the news as she goes through her cabinet picking out the best bottle of wine to celebrate as she leaves, entering the main room she see's video and everyone celebrating.

"Congrats boss :)" she opens the wine bottle pouring a glass for everyone.

"Congrats Video.  I look forward to seeing all the good stuff that's bound to come out Seattle in the near future!"  Aurora popped open a bottle of wine and began pouring glasses for everyone else to lift in honor of Video.

Mikhail had wondered onto the streets in his dirty clothing. He had just planted some potatoes as his boss Wayne requested. See thats why he was recruited in the first place. The farm had lacked that delicious starch. He needed someone who knew how to grow potatoes and grow them well. Mikhail was that man. Since his time at the farm, he had really grown as a man. Not only did he have the responsibility to grow his potatoes, but he was now in the upper structure. And because of this, he had met some other great leaders along the way. Not only from this, but during his short time in Las Vegas under Video. Mikhail knew Video was the right man to take over the reigns of Seattle. 

As Mikhail stepped forward to wish the newly appointed Godfather Chairman, he continued to brush off his dirty clothes.

"Congratulations Video. I know you're the correct man for the job and I wish you good luck comrade."

The weather had taken a turn and rain drops began to fall in excess as a man in a trench coat appeared in the gathering. In his grasp was what appeared to be a suitcase of minimal size. He cleared his throat to get everyone's attention and they looked over at him with some confusion...

"Oh yeah, just give me one moment." The man stated. 

He placed the case upon the ground and knocked on it three times. The people standing around him appeared very confused and some even snickered at the oddity of it all. They weren't aware of who he was or what he was doing with his suitcase. The best guess any of them probably had was that the man had escaped from a mental hospital. But then....

The lid of the case flew open on it's own and out of it came another man. He slowly climbed out of the suitcase as if he was a rabbit being pulled out of a magicians hat. There were audible gasps and one woman even fainted at the sight. The man climbing out had a slight smirk on his face, but also an awkward presence about him. 

"Um...yes. Well hello there. My name is Newt Scamander for those who may not know. I just wanted to make an appearance to congratulate my friend Video on his move over to Seattle. As well as thank the Godfather Chairmen's and City heads for allowing me to join him with my operation moving over to Waterfront district." He smiled and brushed a little bit of hair from his face. 

"So, there it is. I do hope to see the city grow and prosper. Although I will miss the sunny days in Los Angeles, I will happily assist in the rebuilding efforts of this great country. Just have to finish taking care of those pesky pests that have popped up around the nation to attack our operations." A few people were still completely confused as to how he fit inside the suitcase, but the message was quite clear nonetheless. 

Before Newt could make his way back into the suitcase it popped open once more and out ran something small and furry...

"Oh no.....you must all excuse me now.  I have.....something to catch." He turned and ran off leaving the other man to pick up the suitcase. 

"He....he meant a train. That's all." The man shook his head, muttering to himself as he walked away from the group. 

He thought he saw another crew putting up in Seattle, oh yeah, he saw right, now all citys were populated again, he went up to Newt_Scamander to get him greetings over this.

"Hey Newt, great to see, congratulation to be another settle daonw in Seattle, really good deed done by you"

As the plane finally came to a stop on the hot concrete the door opened and stairs lowered go the ground. After a few minutes a few men in suits exited and made a path to the waiting limo. A few beautiful women exited and then Striphe stepped off the plane and jumped into the limo. Quickly they excited the area and drove to where he had heard his old friend Video had set up his new HQ

They arrived just in time to catch him entering the new HQ

My friend I know we have talked off and on for a little while now and I am pleased to see you take this chance and rebuild the city to the crime capital it once was. I hope you will stay in touch and we can set another date for you to show me around town.

This is a wonderful thing. It's always good to see all cities filled. Congrats to you. I wish you all the best in your future endeavours.

"Mabuhay ka Video!" Doc said in his native tongue, knowing that Video, a linguist would know what he meant. Doc was happy that an old friend was moving places.

"Here's to you, your family and Seattle!" He raises his silver flask with his name engraved on it and takes a swig and turns it over, spilling the rest to the ground. Doc did this like an offering to the earth and creations.

Not for a second am I saying you need to be knocking over 7-11s 24/7 to be a leader in this thing of ours but to see so many of the current CLs on Low or Obscenely low effort levels is disappointing & reflective on the sloppy standards which have become acceptable here.

If you do not want to grasp the opportunity step aside & give someone else a chance.

He read up on all good things that happened in Seattle and salute all his former friends doing this awesome move into Seattle.

He picks up his pocket-bottle-bottle and says highly "Well done boys % gals" and then after tasting the good thing in the bottle back in his pocket again and lights up a cigarette and takes deep smoke.
