The high rise apartment was beautiful on the inside. The walls were beautifully painted and the the window oversaw all of Seattle. Video looked out the window and pointed out to the city. 

You see that part of the city? That is Ballard. It hasn't been inhabited by mobsters in two weeks. It has gotten a bit lawless and wild down there. Thats why we are sending you out there. 

Video turns to @Wild-Card and smiles.

@Newt_Scamander and I have been evaluating all of our options working towards something and hoping to bring someone to Ballard to lead the future of the district. To lead it with integrity and be committed to excellence. We believe that person is you brother. 

The waiter walked through the crowd of people with Tray in hand to give Wild Card a glass of champagne to toast with the rest of the leaders. The higher ups of Seattle as well as every made man was there. A few people from outside the city were able to make it as well to this party it was quite definitely the most grand affair Seattle had seen in quite some time. 

In just a few moments Wild Card you will be setting up in Ballard. I have picked out a few options for you to go look at. I want you to pick the one that suits your desire the best for how you will run your crew and eventually your district. Theres one place by the sea i love personally. Newt found this one by the inner city that is nice as well. Also there is a third option that has all the best of both worlds. 

Video hands @Wild-Card a set of keys for each warehouse. 

Go and set your district up. I am proud of you. The party will be still going on when you get back.

Please congratulate @Wild-Card on being authorized to set up in Ballard Seattle. 

Tutte comes by the HQ-office in Seattle to congrat  WildCard to his set-up in Ballard, which were even better news coming from Seattle that not long ago were empty but now florish fastly by good men and womans.

"HeyWildCard, congrats on you, well don to get this great opportunity to make Seattle even a prouder city than in been for long"

He then lights up a cigar and also lights up that he secretly passed over to WildCard when celebrating him, it was a wonderful evening to stand a smoke a big fat cigar on.

Aurora clapped and smiled for Wild-Card.  "Congratulations my dear!"  She said to her closest friend.  She looked to Video then and gave him a hug.  "You couldn't ask for a better man in the position.  Truly.  He's been with me through thick and thin these past few months and I trust him with my life.  I know he'll work his ass off for Seattle.  Please, treat him right!"

She returned to Alucard.  "We'll miss having you around Vegas, but you know we always love seeing you.  Don't be a stranger.  Come, gamble with us and I'll be sure to come up here and remind myself what trees and the wilderness looks like from time to time."

Aurora threw her arms around Alucard and held him tight for a long moment before whispering near his ear, "You got this.  Kick some ass Lord Wild Card, I'm cheering for you every step of the way."

It had been some time since Alucard followed Video into Seattle, a move he and Integra discussed after his near-fatal attack in Las Vegas.  The doctors had told them, that if Alucard took another bad blow to his head it could very well lead to his death.  They both knew that Seattle was the safest place for him, and even though he wouldn't be there in person, he would still be there whenever time permitted both of them to be together.  They both agreed that him being alive and only seeing each other once in a while was better than him being dead and them never being together again. 

He'd worked hard for both Beko and Video, eventually coming to see Video as something like a brother.  Even that wasn't enough to not leave Alucard utterly surprised when Video came to him about moving him into Ballard, to help him run the city.  It was here he found himself standing before Video .

He still beamed a smile before speaking, "You are one crazy man to trust the former Demon of Detroit to lead a district, but I swear brother I won't let you down, together with Newt_Scamander , we are going to make this city absolutely incredible. I have your back, anything you need from me, you know you just have to ask of me."

He stood for a few minutes, pondering over the options for locations, it didn't take him long to go for the option by the sea.  Of the things, Alucard loved, being around nature was among the top of them, and a sea-side HQ sounded absolutely ideal for him.   He pocketed the keys for each warehouse, knowing exactly which one he would be heading to.  

When he heard a familiar voice behind him, and his smile once again returned, embracing his dearest of friends.  "My Twin Iris!  Thank you for showing up today!  Can you believe it?  Freaking me, of all people.  I mean, I came here because of the safety of Seattle and to help Video after he pulled our asses out of the fire. I wasn't fucking expecting this, but I'm glad you have faith in me."  

Alucard chuckled as he looked at Aurora-Mastrosimone and playfully told her, "And don't call me Lord."
