Frankie sits in jail, wearing his orange overalls. He managed to find himself in his solo cell when Solomon talked to his boss. But that is not my concern. my real concern is that Frankie is facing five to ten years for drug smuggling. So this place may be my new home for maybe the next two years but hopefully, if he can appeal his sentence somehow. But that is almost impossible to even hope for at this point, they have me dead to rights. All my friends who were helping me out, either were killed in the raid or sentenced to prison time. The situation is very dire. Frankie thinks this as he paces back and forth in his cell. A jail guard comes over and bangs on Frankie's cell, laughing before leaving once again. These guards seem to have it out for me, hopefully I can get into the prison soon. At least when Frankie gets there he can use Solomon's help more than here. 

An alarm sounds before all the cells are opened and Frankie walks out onto the balcony. All the other prisoners leave their cells as well, rowdy as normal. One of the CO's walks over and bashes one of the prisoners in the back of the head with his baton, sending him to the ground. "Shut up and listen everyone. We have a new prisoner here and you better be kind to him. He might be here for a while." The CO laughs and continues his count. He finishes and leads all the prisoners down for some breakfast. The most disgusting filth Frankie has ever seen is served there. Frankie looks in shock, before leaving the line and finding an open table. Two other prisoners come around the corner and sit down in the same table with him. One of them appears to be of Irish descent and the other seems to be a fellow Italian. The Irish man tells me that he can get me some necessary items if I want them. Just is gonna cost something.. Frankie tells the man he has nothing. The Irish man laughs and tells him, that there is a heavy smoker in the block named Randy. If you can manage to steal his stash and give them all to him, the debt will be paid in full. Frankie agrees to his terms. The two men leave and I am left alone again. Now Frankie wonders how he is going to steal the boxes of cigarettes and not get caught.  

Frankie leaves the mess hall and goes back to his cell. Sitting on his stiff bed and ponders a plan to do in his head. Frankie knows he cannot be caught, or he will be labeled as a thief and that is a bad label to be known as in a place like this. Frankie needs to find a way to slip away from the prisoners, grab the boxes and make it back without being noticed. It's not going to be easy, but he doesn't have much of a choice.
