The official countdown started last December 22.I don't know why countdowns usually starts at 10 but it does so we started ours on the 22nd of December and will end on the 31st.New years here is always celebrated with a big bang and it's again about time to have one.If any one of you have celebrated New year in the Philippines then you know what I'm rumbling about.Every household has their own stock of firecrackers and at the stroke of midnight all hell is let lose.

You can hear the staccato of explosions grow faster and faster as the intensity of noise grow louder.Suddenly you are as if caught in the middle of a war zone as you inhale thick smoke caused by all sorts of firecrackers and fireworks.Then...drawn by the spirit of festivity...you reach out from your pocket a bomb of your own.You lit up the fuse and threw it right in the middle of the street.As you watch it explode you smile to yourself and say...I was part of this joyous event...I contributed to the noise...farewell 2010...welcome 2011.

Now back to reality...two more days to go.Me and my cousin have stocked our own arsenal of all sorts of firecrackers.Plans have already been drawn on how to systematically blow them up without loosing a finger or two in the process.Two more days...I wish you all HAPPY NEW YEAR in advance.

"I must agree with you here Alberto. I myself am very fond of a wonderful big bang."

As he goes to take a sip of his flask his bodyguard RichardHead grabs his arm.

"Sir, I believe the speech is directed more toward New Years eve."

Confused Wad glanced at head

"Oh well then Happy New years. I'm all for having another excuse for my alcohol consumption. Let the party begin already!"

Kamakazie rushes out to the streets and pushes past the crowd making her way to the front

I hope I'm not too late for the "big bang". I do have a question about it though.

She looks up at Alberto then over at RichardWad

How could you be all set for the "big bang" without me?

Dick smiles

"Of course it's never a party without a Kamakazie involved. Especially one that tastes much sweeter then the drink."

Flux glances over at Richard

"Was that you attempting to be smooth?" Flux asked.

Richard leaned over to whisper

"That noticeable was it?"

Tony rolls his eyes from across the street..listening to Richard put his moves down

You know, if there is a big bang anytime soon im glad youll be there Richard, someone needs to stand guard at the door.

Tony winks at Kamakazie and nudges Richard and laughs

You know though like Alberto I have some fireworks saved up and if we run out we can just start firing shots into the air right? After a few drinks its the same thing..

Kamakazie smiles at Dick and his smooth attempt to hit on her

You know I love it when you are smooth Dick. On your next flight, call me. I'll let you fly for free. I think you would like that. I know I would love it.

She winked and giggled a bit befor walking away. She had a flight to catch, who knew maybe Dick would be on the same flight

Laughs at Tony

"Your absolutely right, after a few drinks I think it could be considered pretty much the same."

He then glances over to Kamakazie who was attempting to depart

"Where do you think your going? Tony just arrived and your taking off?"

Kamakazie turns around and walks back over

I didn't see him walk over.

She looks at Tony and smiles

You're right Tony, someone does need to stand at the door. Good thing you will be there.

Squints his eyes at Kamakazie and and RichardWad and then shrugs his shoulders, quickly nodding his head at a lady sitting by herself across the street

You guys ever lit bottle rockets??

Tony opens his jacket and pulls out three bottles rockets, handing one over to Richard And Kamakazie

If anyone has a light we could shoot them off.. I might have to shoot mine at Kamakazie!

Richard laughs harder

"Bottle Rockets! Yes! We must fire!"

Runs and grabs an extra joint from the bakery and returns

"Ok ready when you are! Wait where we shooting this thing at? Can't afford starting anymore fires after the time I got drunk and well... Let's just say I shouldn't be playing with it."

Kamakazie takes her bottle rocket and smiles

I have the perfect place

She lights it and aims it at Tony before aiming it straight up

I should have shot it at you Tony, but then I wouldn't have anyone to stand in front of the door.

Tony nods his head... remember the phone calls about the fire, bailing you out of jail and buying you those new clothes since you set yours on fire

I agree, cant be too careful..

Tony pulls out a match from his pocket.. scratching it on the matchbox watching it light, he places the fire on the fuse watching it start to spark

Here we go..we shall let fate decide where this one goes.

Tony waits until the fuse it almost done and simply throws the bottlerocket in the air.. waiting to see where it shoots at

Dick watches the bottle rocket shoot into the air, twirl three or four times then dart back to our position

"JUMPPPPPP!"

Dick, Tony and Kamakazie dove as far as they could attempting to avoid being hit. Before the Rocket reached them it died out and fell to the ground.

Dick raises his head a looks at Tony

"For fuck's sake, I haven't been that excited since the time I lost my virginity to my eighth grade school teacher just before dropping out."

Kamakazie looks at Tony

I should have shot you with mine. Are you crazy?

She stands up and brushes herself off

I better get going. I don't want to be late for my flight

She smiles at both of them and walks off again. This time to actually catch her flight

Dick stands up and brushes himself off

"Well it was fun having you play along with our toys!"

Dick then thinks of all the ways that can be taken

"The one time I'm not sarcastic and it's one of the most perverted things to leave my mouth since the last night we spent together."

Dick chuckles

"Hope your ride and flight goes smooth!"

Tony laughs a bit and stands up

Ahh that was fun, and we live to see another day I guess haha.. we shall see when the real party starts, im going to be doing a lot of firework shooting.

Im outta here too guys ill see you later its time to handle some business.

Tony throws an extra bottle rocket to Richard and walks off

lil bit of vodka some cake (pot) and im ready for the new year (:

Hmmmmmm...spacial pot cake and vodka...Alberto makes a list

We'll have them on New Years eve... =)

BOOOM!!!!!

Bellarosa laughed after seeing Alberto jumped from the loud sound. He walks over towards him and tells him..

"Like the sound of my Bamboo cannon?" He waved his hand towards his set up.

"I guess I'm ready to welcome the new year with a big BANG!"

Push Anthony aside and hugs Alberto!

Yup , it's gonna be great on the coming year! What with Kama doing some fire works with those two over there! I bet there will be some great Baaaaaanging the whole day of Dec. 31,  winks at Kamakazie and smiles both at Tony and the infamous Dick.
