Pablo had been walking the streets all day, pinning up poster's to advertise his new business venture. He feet hurt and he was freezing cold, his fingers were turning white, he was certain he had frostbite, but he was finally done. Stepping back as he pinned up the last poster, he started to read it as if for the first time, absentmindedly reaching into his coat pocket for his cigarettes and lighting up. Once finished, he looked around for the nearest bar, breathing into his hands, trying to coax the blood back into his numb fingers. He needed a drink, a strong one, he thought as he walked off down the street.

The main focus of Pablo Publishing's is the publication of the Mafioso Compendium.

"What is this Compendium? What will it contain?" I here you ask.

Let me explain......

Do you have a story about your dark past, or someone else's? Maybe a tall tale of recent adventures? A killer joke your just dying to tell? A poem or Rhyme? A obituary for a loved one, friend or enemy recently deceased? Or just some thoughts and opinions regarding this wonderful world of ours?

Well, here at Pablo Publishing's we endeavor to collect, compile and publish, any Stories, Biography's, Musings, Rhymes, Poems, Fable's, Jokes from the world of the Mafioso. Anything that makes you put a pen to paper. Anything you want to share, we at Pablo Publishing's will give you a platform on which to be heard! Weather the subject matter is old, new or middle-aged, we would like to hear it! You may have already regaled listeners in the past with your tale, in the streets or in a local bar, it matters not, let us have it, there are always fresh faces with open ears!

So if you have any of the above you wish to "put out there" for the mass' to enjoy. Write it down and post it to me Pablo, my Senior Editor Jin, or post it direct at my office's the Chicago Business District. All submissions are scrutinized by me and my staff before publication, but fear not, no one at Pablo Publishing's will mock or ridicule any one's submissions. If for any reason we do not publish your work, we are here to offer help and friendly advice where ever we can. So do not be embarrassed to send something in to us.

Once scrutinized, we select what we judge to be the best submissions, and periodically, these choice selections will be published together in one publication. The Mafioso Compendium
