A well dressed woman stumbles down the streets, her arms burdened with a large stack of colorful papers. As she passes by a Church she smiles briefly at a couple passing by, nodding her head in a silent greeting. Stepping onto the steps outside the towering building she places the flyers beside her before cupping her hands around her mouth and calling “Hello!” loudly. Only a small crowd begins to gather as the woman hoots and hollers, and after a few minutes she drops her hands to her sides, bends down quickly to pick up a small portion of the flyers, and turns her attention back to the population once more. “Valentines Day!” she says with a small giggle, her voice echoing across The Streets as clear as day. “Valentines Day is upon us, ladies and gentlemen. Now while I’m sure some of you are already plotting the murders of your neighbors, most of you may possibly be thinking about that special someone.” She stops to wiggle her eyebrows cheekily for a moment before pressing on with her speech. “I also know that most of you may be at a loss as to what to get him or her. Have no fear, everyone! That is why I am here!” The woman begins to pass out the flyers, instructing those closest to her to give them to the people in the back. As the crowd begins to pore over the printed word, she clears her throat and resumes to speak once more. “My name is Katherine, and I am a representative of a company called ‘Rudiaxeates Inc.’, a company formed and located in Chicago. We at Rudiaxeates Inc. have all the solutions for your Valentine’s Day gift needs! Specializing in designing gift cards for most all holidays (but really, only V-Day, people), we will help you to make a very special impression upon your sweetheart. That’s right folks! We will be selling Cupid Grams for this upcoming week of festivities!” “I would like to refer you now to these handy flyers I had printed up. They will show samples of our work, as well pricing and instructions. I want to thank you all for your time! Any questions can be referred to my office or mailbox.” With a quick grin the woman gathers up her remaining flyers, stalking off down the street to find more people she can sell her wares to. The still waiting crowd takes glances at their flyers…

Ponders for a while about his money situation.. Maybe the Casino will hook me up with a comp for all my time here and send one for free! I mean ask my ex wife, ex mansion, ex rich lifestyle how much time and blood I have given to the Casino :) I bleed red for Valentines day and for blackjack ;) |

Belle hears a familiar voice calling out to the streets. She walks over to see what all of the pretty colored papers and commotion is all about. Realizing who is speaking, Belle stops and listens to what her friend Kates is saying. I totally forgot that Valentine's Day is less than a week away.shakes head I don't know where i'll find the time between business trips to find a gift that would match the love I have for my sweetheart. Belle is passed a bright colored flyer. As she is reading it her eyes light up with excitement. This is it, i've found the perfect way to say I love you. I will definitely be purchasing a Cupid Gram this year! |
