A monthly celebration was going on in Seattle. It was a time to forget ones past and look forward to ones future. Video and the Seattle Uppers rented out the top two floors of a hotel that oversaw the Square to celebrate. There were bands performing and artists painting. There was celebrities at the parties and various foods to be tried. Video stood amidst his closest friends of Seattle, looking down at the Square he started to speak. 

This town is missing something. 

Newt and Wild Card along with their right hands Suna and Kat all seemed to agree. The city although new and very exciting as it was for the leadership was missing something quite important. 

This town needs an under boss. Someone who has shown loyalty and someone who knows how to lead in the event of my absence or demise. This city should continue to grow and expand. As i get closer to the point of reaching Godfather i need someone who will be here in Pioneer Square with me to ease that transition. 

The attention shifts. The focus then becomes on @Hayley. 

Hayley you have exemplified all i need in a leader. You embody everything i want in a leader. Hell if i was just joining this life and you were a crew leader you would be one of my very first choices to follow. I know what you are capable of. I have seen it shine forth time and time again. 

The Seattle Leaders have talked. We have all come to an agreement that you will be under boss. I trust you with my life and more importantly with the lives of those who live here in Seattle. I believe in you and so does everyone else in this room.  

Everyone embraced Hayley one by one and congratulated her on her new role as a crew leader of Seattle. Video then turned and opened the doors that overlooked the streets of Seattle and shouted.

She looks around as all the attention is on her.  She fidgets nervously, listening to Video's speech.  Such flattering words, she couldn't help but smile.  She steps next to Video.

Video, I have known you a long time, getting to work with you again has been wonderful.  Its a sad time having to leave you, yet exciting to work along side you.  I want to express my gratitude for this amazing opportunity.  It is such an honor, I will do my best to make you and the city proud.  I can't wait to work with all of you, Seattle has such amazing people. 

She takes a minute to look out the open doors at Seattle before joining the party. 

He stands and looks at the event about a new Queen in Seattle, just after Video was finished he walked up to Hayley to give her his best and truthfully congratulation over this new role she just got from her boss.

It was never fun leaving its crew but it wasn't so long between them so no worries at all.

Hail to Haley!

Jimmy stood there  enthralled with the scene unfolding before him. Listening to Haley speak he could not help but be happy for her. Their family had been intertwined for generations. 

Congrats Haley on this accomplishment.  A great choice for the city of Seattle.  I wish you long life and prosperity for the lunatics.

Thomas hadn't been in Seattle long, but he'd reached out to congratulate Hayley on her position already once. However, making it to Seattle on time to see her coronation as a leader, he figured he would stop by and congratulate her in person.

He hustled up, blocked by some bodyguards before he could slip into the group. But that wouldn't stop him. He dipped and dodged throughout the crowd until he got himself to the front of the crowd.

"Hello Miss Hayley! I sent you a letter about some business in town. I'm J. Thomas O'Malley! Thanks for the nice letter you sent back! I took you up on the offer to come to Seattle anyway! Thought I would say congratulations face to face!"

He had a smudge of dirt on his cheek under his left eye, and looked a bit worse for wear... Like he hadn't slept in days... But he was there and happy none-the-less.

"So, without further~" he looked at the bodyguards who glared... "Yeah yeah! I'm going! I know! Anyway, I bet you'll do absolutely great and wonderful things Miss! I look forward to it!"

With that, Thomas dipped back into the crowd and vanished from sight.

Mickey sat on the couch in Hayley's new HQ waiting for the party to get started.  No one told him that the party was up the street at the swanky hotel on the corner.  So here he sat.  He's had 20 meatballs, at least 4 loaves of garlic bread, 2 plates of lasagna, 3 Oreo/strawberry/banana shakes, and enough pie to kill an ox.  

Mickey thought to himself, if more people don't show up soon my belly is going to burst.  He made his way to the dessert table and took a napkin and a pen out of his pockey.

Dearest Hayley-

I came for the party but obviously its not here.  Sorry i ate all the meatballs.

I haven't been here in Seattle long, but i know you are deserving of this honor.  Please call me if you need any kind of help.

He stuffed another loaf of garlic bread under his coat and made his way to the door. .........

Tiny, hungry and hung over, jimmied the back window open and raided the HQ's fridge of leftovers before slinking out into a darkened alley... 

Harry had heard about Hayley getting her own shot as a crew leader. Having rejoined Video after the retirement of Beko, he did not have the time to get to know her very well before the promotion. All of that aside, when Harry saw Hayley on the streets a day later, he politely ask for a moment of her time. Her guards, on her behalf, stepped aside.

"Congratulations on your promotion. I wish the best for you young lady. If you need anything, let me know."

Knowing her time was precious, he did not want to keep her, so he kept his good wishes short.
