Sammy pulls a soap box up and climbs on top of it, trying to make himself heard he claps his hands a few times before addressing the crowd.

"I would just like to say, to everybody here, I wish a happy new year to all and hope everybody has had a good holiday season. I for one, have had a great holiday season and couldn't have hoped for better, I understand some people are not as fortunate as others, but still wish them a happy holiday season and hope that this new year brings them the best."

Regardless of what has happened in the past year, I hope everybody has a happy new year, and the new year has good things and fortune to bring.

Sammy takes out a Cuban, light it, and takes a toke, he smiles at the gathering crowd

LaMasquerade staggers up, raising his half-empty glass of beer into the air

Timothy opens a bottle of champagne and starts handing out glasses to the crowd.

Happy New Year everyone!  It is my wish that everyone has a safe and fun filled night.
