Legolas sat across from Valencia in her office where she was busy scribbling something on a piece of paper. "Vale why did you summon me, is something the matter." She paused and looked up at him.

"Aye, we are going into the movie business. Its the perfect time for us to take control of Hollywood in this Golden Age of Cinema, and have our  own studio. A studio run by the mob, for the mob and I want you to handle things in L.A."

Legolas blinked and stared at her with an open mouth, "The movies, in Hollywood?"

"Where else, now take this letter to Video in Seattle. I've put in a good word, don't let me down Legolas. I'm counting on you to make me a big star," she then tore the piece of paper and thrust it at him before waving him out of her office.

"Of ... of course Vale, you will be the leading lady ... as you wish," he turned around and walked out of the office , his hands shaking as he realized what was happening. From there things started moving at a rapid pace. 

He took the next flight out to Seattle and after a short interview with Video and Insta he was given the nod to run a studio out of Hollywood. He left their office and headed to the nearest pay phone to call his friend Tony_Dippolito, "Yo Tony. Its on! Pack your bags. We are heading out to Hollywood. Thats right my friend, you will be directing movies for mobsters. No more directing lame commercials for you. We are in the big leagues now. Think of all the pretty ladies out there. Bow chika wow wow indeed."

Next morning, Legolas flew to Hollywood for the grand opening of Mobstar Studios. 

"Ladies and Gentleman, it's wonderful to have you all here today. I'd like to thank the GFC and my former boss Valencia for presenting me with this great opportunity to run my own crew. Mobstar Studios is now open for business. Follow me for the auditions."

When Legolas called Tony, he was excited for the most part. He was ambitious, like most gangsters. Leadership was tiresome, but it could also be rewarding. So, when Legolas called to inform him of his plans and their approval, he was genuinely happy for Legolas. Their families have been friends since Tony's kin landed on these streets.

"Yes," he said. "And a studio in Hollywood? Mobsters as stars?"

"Mobstar Studio? Did I hear it right? Ok!"

Tony wasn't sure he heard it right. He then assured his friend.

"And I'll try to find more future stars for our city!"

Tony walked out of the telephone booth and looked at his cardboard box, his home. It was time to leave it. His cousin, Baby Beel, had made Downtown his home. It was also his home, for just a few days. However, Baby Beel and his family were gone, and a lot of their kin had already found new homes. There was one more brother still alive in jail, but he would soon follow. He was sad, but he had other friends too. It was time to move on.

Being a bum unable to afford a taxi, he walked to Hollywood. He may have even tripped on a banana peel on his way, but he would never admit to it.

Alexus was so happy to hear that her good friend from Phily Legolas had be accepted by the Council members Video and Insta and given the nod to set up in Los Angeles.  She couldn’t wait for him to arrive.  He truly deserved this opportunity.  She made her way to the celebration at the new headquarter of Mobstar Studios.

Finally she got a chance to talk with him.

Legolas, congratulations brother, you really deserve this.

What an appropriate name you chose for the City of Angles.     Mobstars and it’s not an easy job.

It requires a lot of commitment and sacrifice. Your career goes through extreme ups and downs. You are judged all the time. Yeah, I think that sounds about right. I don’t think you would have it any other way.

People were all in a hurry to talk to him, talking while she was talking so she just gave him a hug and let the others have his attention.
