Well here I am in Philadelphia, home to many a fine gangster, rich in the history of godfathers throughout this thing of ours. As many of you will know my good friend Davy has asked me to this area to return it to what it once was knowing full well I have a vested interest in boosting the price of the local real estate.

Underdog voice lowers I have a considerably bigger interest between us though than many thing.

Most of you round here will know me as the Right Hand of TheDean, that persona is dead. The drive and dedication I brought to the job remains but the focus of my attention is now my own family instead of a city and to help my mate Davy out in continuing making this city his own.

As for the reputation I have developed in the past if I had done half of the things most of you think I have done I would be a godfather in my own right by now. Quite clearly I am not, I am neither brash, arrogant or self centred, I am however built for loving, drinking and gambling all of which I intend to do in the place behind me. As I currently understand it the renovations are almost complete, as soon as they are what was once THE place to be in New York, The West Ryder Pauper Lunatic Asylum will close down. What will open behind me in Partnership with The Flying Dutchman will be The Academy the newest casino in Philadelphia. Also hiding behind the doors of this legitimate enterprise will be The Dogg Pound my family.

The ties between the two great cities of New York and Philadelphia have been so close you might think of them as one. This only now shows that the unity has gotten stronger between the two. This is a glorious day for both cities.

I not only congratulate you on your HeadQuaters UnderDog, but I welcome you with open arms.

As a man that has admired your work ethic and dedication to the city of New York, I am thrilled to see you take control of your own family. Congrats Underdog, well deserved.

Being a right hand tothe Godfather is quite the accomplishement if I may say, but to get a chance to flourish as a family head is an excitement. Working with you as a family member of the Big Apple was a great oppritunity. Good thing Philly is within shouting distance otherwise I don't think we should of let ya go!

Numerous times have I heard of Underdog's lineage named in my family's historical documents.  I can honestly say it is a blessing and a privilege to work for a man with his great poise and stature.  While New York lost a valuable man to their organization, Philadelphia gained quite the super hero.  A super hero who will lead us by his own example.

So, lead us forward, Underdog.  For we shall follow you into the depths of hell and back.  I know I'll be at your side, every bit of the way there.  Congratulations, brother.

It is sad to see you leave New York but it would be great to see you running your own family, helping Philadelphia and Davy Jones.
