Stepping out of his newly renovated family headquarters in Chicago McDermott is met with a fierce breath of cold air. Looking around McDermott calls attention to the respectable mobsters of the eight fine cities.

Ladies and gentlemen, today I come to you after a night of celebration. Blinking repeatidly McDermotts eye adjust to the day light.

As you all heard last night I was given the opportunity to setup as a leader for Chicago. I've served under Jonnie_Reese as well as Marcus, what I have learned is patience, hardwork, dedication and omerta from these gentlemen.

Jonnie was like a father to me he brought my bloodline back to these shores, which it saddens me he is not here to see this himself, but fortunately his son Premeir is.

Hugging Premeir McDermott smiles and takes a step back. Turning to Marcus you see the warm air escape from his mouth as he begins to talk...

You picked up where Jonnie left off. You've treated me like your little brother and kept me under your wing. I couldn't be more thankful for everything you've done Marcus.

Turning to Godfather Roman McDermott kisses the hand of his Godfather.

It brings me great pleasure to know that I've been given your gracings to strengthen Chicago. You're a strong and humble leader, and you expect greatness from everyone. You also see how everyone is great in their own way. No matter how elaborate I could be a simple, "thank you," says it all. I'll be by yourside no matter what conditions just as you've been by mine.

Taking a moment McDermott continues his speech.

As long as I live and hold the role of a leader in Chicago I will instill these four traits in the mafiosi that come through The Action League's doors. Jonnie and Marcus have done more for me than I could have ever asked.

Taking a moment McDermott looks around at familiar faces from other cities and the families they represent.

I'm quite excited to work with the other leader's throughout the eight cities. Although I do not know them as well as I'd like to, quite a few of our bloodlines have worked together or had past relationships.

Thank you everyone for the congratulations it is very much appreciated and I look forward to working with you all throughout my life. Without further a due, I officially give you The Action League!

McDermott, I am happy for you to have received this opportunity. Best of luck to you my Friend. Salut.

Congratulations McDermott and all the best of luck. I love your family name, I can smell the plastic melting.. lol

Congratulations McDermott,  I know you will do well friend.

Hearing that The Action League would be opening it's new HQ today, Pablo grabbed his coat and hat, and rushed over hoping he would not be to late to the event. Getting there just in time to catch the speech, Pablo lit up a cigar and took out his hip flask while he listened.

When the speech was over Pablo took a swig from his flask and joined the chorus of congratulations.

Congratulations friend. As a fellow McDermott, i know you will do well!

Roman looks on as his newest leader is congratulated by the people of Chicago and the surrounding cities.

McDermott, you've proven yourself to be a capable part of my city, and I appreciate everything that you've contributed so far.  I think that by taking over a crew you will complete your growth and transformation into one of the brightest stars the eight cities have seen.  Congratulations my friend, I hope for the best of everything for you.

Congratulation McDermott well done my friend you truly deserve it :)

I can't say that I am not surprised. You've always had it in you to step up and show people that you are more than capable as both a leader and valuable member of any family.

Your bloodline has grown in character, learning from past mistakes and you McDermott have excelled where they have fell short. I hope to see your successes continue.

Surviving within the Roman Empire is no easy task, you've received your wings now go on and fly.
