Roman had called together the heads of state from the cities and all those who cared to attend.  There was a lot of business to discuss, things in the world were changing quickly, and as Roman had gotten older he noticed that events flew by compared to when he was younger.  There was a time when the only concern he had in his day was making sure that Colin made his manicure appointments.

It's good to see you all again.  It always seems that we are meeting when something big is about to happen, might I suggest we just do coffee at some point?  Nevertheless, as always there is a reason I've called you all here today.

Roman motioned behind him to Marcus, -Premeir and The_JesTer.

These three gentlemen have quite a path ahead of them.  Since Ragnarok was killed, the city of Detroit, Marietta's city, has remained vacant.  That war has haunted me, it was bloodshed I genuinely wish was avoided.  Every time I have business in the city I can feel how vacant it is, for that I hope to atone.

My dear associate Marcus will be setting up in Detroit and assume the day-to-day control of its operations along with his captains McDermott and Remus_Lupin.  He has been an incredibly valuable asset to me and I cannot state enough how proud of him I am.  He was thrust into power after our dear Jonnie Reese was felled by wackback.  It's never easy to take over a crew established by someone else and mold it into your own, but Marcus did just that.  

Now, like with most leaders, there was a growth period as Marcus began to cut his teeth on the adventure of leadership.  There were certainly times where I had to slap his hand away from the proverbial cookie jar and give him a good yelling at.  However, he only made those mistakes once, and they were never repeated.  There's nothing more you can ask from a leader.

When you bring someone up as a crewleader, it can be a lot like raising a child.  You do your best to instill the best of yourself in them, teach them how to act towards others, keep them away from hot stoves, and along they way they will show you things about yourself that can be pretty stunning.  Marcus has done just that; along the way he has learned the ropes of this world, and while teaching him how to lead I have learned a lot from him that I could improve on, even if at times I was resistant to those changes.

When you talk about the ideal person to work with, Marcus has filled that description to a T.  He has been loyal to me, and has always put the good of Chicago before himself.  His selfless behavior has set a benchmark to be followed for ages, and thinking about everything we've been through together it has made this old man very reflective today.

I will be heartbroken to see my friend leave, but am equally excited to see him take on this new opportunity.  Our paths have been merged for a long time, and although they'll now separate, I know they will run parallel for a long time to come.  You are all lucky to now share with me the privilege of working with someone who is so devoted to his craft and the pursuit of perfection.

I introduce to you now, the head of Detroit, Marcus!

With the void that Marcus will leave in my city, I have made a few moves that I am elated to announce today.  

The_JesTer will be assuming a crew in my city, he has been with me for many, many months, and I am eager to see how he will respond to the call of leadership.

Finally, -Premeir will be stepping up to become the Underboss of Chicago, he is a guy with a wealth of experience who has time and again surpassed my expectations of what I need from a leader.

This is a big day for Chicago, Detroit, and all of our sister cities.  Congratulations to everyone!

Congratulations to you Marcus. I hope to see great things come out of Detroit with you at it's head.

The_JesTer, congratulations to you as well. I look forward to seeing what you can do.

Congrats Marcus. You are a great leader and now you have reached the ultimate goal. I know you will do Detroit well. And congrats to -Premeir on being the new underboss of our fine city. And last but not least I want to send out congrats to my new Don, The_JesTer. All of you will do us proud.

Reading many of my fathers, grandfathers and before them journals i have seen your name. You and your ansectors have always been there for my family line, and they have always been there for yours.

I know you will do great, you have what it takes to not only lead yourself and your family but your whole city.

I know if anyone in chicago needs anything we can reach to detroit and vice versa.

Congratulations to all of you. I'm excited to hear that someone will be able to call Detroit home once again. Lets hope this reign lasts longer than the late Godfather Ragnarok's.

I have worked under Marcus for a very long time now and have nothing but positive things to say about him. With the help of our Chicago family, I have learned much under the leadership and guidance of Marcus. From the smallest man in his crew to the largest, he has cared and looked out for our best interests equally. From the moment he took over after we lost Jonnie_Reese, Marcus proved himself time and time again. Quick to correct errors and not afraid to thank those in his crew, he earned the respect and loyalty of all who have served under him. Our loyalty will not falter as we continue to Detroit.

As Chicago loses one of its greatest, Detroit begins a new era. Undoubtedly, -Premier and The_JesTer will continue Chicago's legacy of excellence. Both are proven leaders with excellent skillsets and have the full backing of Chicago and her allies. I want to congratulate you both on your past accomplishments and wish you the best on your future accomplishments, you will both do outstanding jobs.

Godfather Roman, thank you for giving my boss and friend the opportunity to succeed in Detroit. I'm grateful for everything you have done for the city of Chicago and her allies.

Congratulations to Marcus -Premeir and The_JesTer on all your accomplishments that made you all worthy what you have earned today. I look forward to the revival of Detroit as one of the major crime hubs under Godfather Marcus as well as the continued excellence of the city of Chicago with people like -Premeir and The_JesTer representing Godfather Roman.

Congratulations, an empty city is always an un-profitable one so may i wish you every lucky rebuilding.

And people wonder why the same few are able to step up, step in, take a hold of a situation and make it their own. It's because of the dedication that only a few exert, it has to be genetic! Bloodline after bloodline.

A city that has been shadowed by one of the greatest leaders we've seen. Tall order but with the right mentality, I have no doubt you're going to make Detroit shine, Marcus. Working under Roman could have been the best thing for you and your character. Whether people realize it or not, working under a leader like him, you're bound to learn something. Hope you absorbed as much as you could because now you are about to write your own history beginning with building not a family, but a city.

Drexler, Premier, Jester and LaQ, superb leaders who are just as capable in filling in quite the evident hole left with your departure Marcus.
