I attempted to put together a heist like this once before but it didn't go so well.  I'm gonna give this another whirl cause people seem to want to try it.  If it doesn't work out then I'll tweak how I do this and try again some other time in the future.  :)

BACKSTORY

Hoity-Toity Socialite Bitch Mrs. Agatha Miller owns a priceless Monet painting.  She's made the grievous mistake of getting drunk and loose-lipped with Tamysn one afternoon at a very exclusive restaurant, telling her about how she's getting it reinsured before she plans to have it auctioned off. 

WHAT'S NEEDED

1. Muscle to stop the REAL insurance agent from ever getting to Mrs. Miller's home
2. A face man or woman - a true confidence person to pretend to be the insurance agent and get pictures of the Monet
3. Forger.  Someone who could, from pictures, replicate the Monet convincingly to buy our fence time to sell the painting
4. Muscle (can be the same person as #1) to subdue any security on hand
5. Safecracker to open the vault where it's kept
6. Get-a-way Driver 'Just In Case'
7. A fence to sell the item on the black market QUIETLY when the job was done

THE PLAN

Tamsyn plans on stealing the Monet and replacing it with a replica while her team sells it on the black market.  When the crime is discovered and Miller puts in an insurance claim over her stolen art, Tamsyn intends to relieve her of those funds too.  Double-dipping on the rich bitch who got snooty about Tamsyn's imposter handbag.  ;)
