While walking through the streets you come across a flyer hanging off one of the lampposts, it was an advertisement for a fight night. On the flyer it stated anyone wishing to fight to get in touch with the promoters, in this case it was a certain Boydy, who resided in South Philly, he would be enlisting the fighters there. Most importantly, the flyer mentioned that there would be a big payday for the winner.

It wasn't necessarily that you needed the cash but things were getting a little heated lately with the recent war on the Durdens and you could do with blowing off some steam. You'd always been handy in a fight so you decided it would be worth going and checking it out.

Upon arriving in South Philly, you seek out Boydy, who is running the fights out of an office in Memorial Hall, where the fights are due to be held. As you knock on the door, you're quickly frisked and then ushered in by some hired muscle, obviously a bodyguard of Boydy's.

"So you wanna fight eh, kid? I need good strong guys for this upcoming event, people who know how to scrap. This ain't no boxing match for bums, this is a bit of everything! You can throw whatever you like, feet, hands, knees, elbows - whatever it takes to knock the other guy out or for them to bitch out!

There's big money to be made here, each fighter pays $500k to enter, the pay out is will be $10,000,000 to the winner."

Boydy slides a piece of paper across his desks to you... Maybe you'll give it a go

"Oh and by the way, before you enter and start having a fucken whinge about how you didn't know the rules, here's how it works"

As you begin to walk out of the office Boydy calls out

"And Make sure you're the only one from your crew fighting, only one member from each crew can enter, so make sure you get your bosses permission."

Johnny has been wandering the streets when he noticed the commotion surrounding the fight announcement. He approached the heavies and was taken to see Boydy. Johnny found the protection and formality a little strange for speaking to his own family’s right hand, but he said nothing and played along regardless. 

“Hello Mr Boydy sir.”

”Dickfingers...”

”I want to fight. I saw what you said and I’ve mailed to boss for permission. If it’s ok with him and you, I’d like to fight!”

Boydy raised a skeptical eyebrow and gave Johnny’s physique a once-over. Johnny didn’t react and just used his massive fingers to slide his application form across the desk. Trying not to make a big thing out of it, he simply nodded and left Boydy I peace. 

Jester was back home in Philly making sure that the masses were entertained.

He ventured his unicycle over into the South Philly District to see what many of his friends were up to, and saw a sign up on a lamp post about a fighting competition.  At first it didn't really interest him.  He was used to entertaining people with his jokes and his with, not his fists.

He almost walked away when the line at the bottom of the flyer caught his eye.  10 million??  Well shit, why not?

He knew that he'd likely get his ass kicked, but it couldn't be any worse than that time he ended up in the lion cage at the circus.

Jester went back to Bella Vista and got permission from his boss Pyornkrachzark, before peddling his unicycle back to see Boydy to submit his application to kick everyone's ass fight.

Genie was floating around the streets of Detroit on a clear sunny Friday, when he noticed a flyer hanging off the lamppost in front of their palace, he moved towards it and started reading the announcement within.

"A fight!" Genie thought to himself, that seems like a good use of his magical skills, he could use his shape-shifting skills to win this.

"I hope magic is not disallowed in such an event" 

He read the flyer again carefully, nothing was mentioned about using magic, the idea was becoming obsessive, "Easy money" he thought to himself as he ripped the flyer off the post and walked into the palace, he then grabbed Aladdin's carpet and headed off to South Philly on board of it. Upon arriving at the Memorial Hall where he was supposed to meet the organizer; a man that goes by the name Boydy, he knocked the door and was guided into the office by one of the guards waiting outside. He finally meets Boydy, shakes hands with him and introduces himself.

"Hello there! I am Genie, a jinn from the underworld but I have been set free by my ex-master Aladdin, so I have my own freewill now to make decisions and I have decided to participate in this fight of yours. I have read the flyer carefully and I have noticed nothing prohibiting the use of magic in the fight; whatever it takes to knock out your opponent. That's what it says right here"

Genie pointed to the line in the flyer where the sentence existed.

"So to cut this short, here's my down payment" Genie takes $500,000 out of his pockets and puts them on the desk in front of Boydy

Genie grabs the paper and starts filling his own information, then gives it back to the man and gets up.

"I look forward to hearing from you soon, sir"

Genie smiles at Boydy, shakes his hand again then gets up and walks out of the office.

It had been a busy week and Boydy had been getting regular visits from fighters coming to sign up to the King of the Ring event. Everyone wanted a shot at being the King.

Boydy was going down his list and so far had the following fighters enlisted after they had secured their $500k entry fee:

While others had registered interest, he was yet to receive the $500k.

There was a knock at Boydy's office door. Riccardo, one of Boydy's bodyguards had brought in a telegram. Opening the telegram, he could see that the envelope had the city hall stamp on it.

Inside the envelope contained a letter that stated Squishy would also be adding some prizes into the pot and that the winner, as well as the final 4 would all get prizes.

On top of that Boydy had been liaising with Luis_Patangeli who had agreed to be one of the judges for the tournament, where the best KO and best Submission would also receive a prize.

It looked like things were coming together. Boydy just needed more fighters to enter before the show could get on the road and in the mean time, work was being carried out at Memorial Hall to set the scene for one of the biggest events of the year.

“You ought to pay your debt you know.” Video told Eddie while they were walking towards the HQ. Video inspected Kape Manila which was owned by Eddie, and was not entirely happy with the setup.

“I gave you a fortune and you build a dump. How will you ever repay it?” Video shook his head, evidently disappointed. Eddie didn’t know what to say. He loaned 5 million bucks from his boss, Video, promising he would open the finest, classy and unique coffe shop in Seattle.

He explained in detail how he would spend the money. “The coffee bean is taken from an animal poop that makes it healthy, and I have to import it from Asia.” Eddie remembered telling him during the meeting. Video reluctantly gave in and funded the business.

It started out great but as always, Eddie lost most of the money in gambling. He didn’t need to explain because Video knew where his money ended up. Eddie considered his self lucky for still being alive. He was thinking about how he could make it up when he saw the flyer. He stopped and read it.

“Boss, I found a way to repay you!” Eddie said excitedly as he caught up with Video. He handed him the flyer then crossed his arms, smiling. “If I win, I get top pay you, plus another 5 million in interest!”

Video scratched his chin and read the flyer. He scrutinized every detail then handed it back to Eddie in a dismissive manner. “How would you pay for the entry fee?” He asked Eddie who was only staring at him, with his smile plastered on his face.

Video turned red for a few seconds then sighed. “The Regime will fund you but I will make sure you win!” Video then turned around and walked towards the opposite end of the road. Eddie jumped in excitement and before he could run and give his Boss a bear hug, Video was already on the other side of the road.

“Where you goin Boss? HQ’s the other way!” He asked Video while trying catch up. Without turning back, Video answered, “I’m gonna make sure you have a fighting chance. I will personally train you in my private gym!”

Avard didn't like South Philly, it had a stink to it that reminded him of a dump in summer. Still his presence had been necessary in order to enter the contest and he had finally received confirmation from Boydy that he would be representing The Winchester Outfit. It made sense, he had been putting a hurt on the type of losers this contest would attract for most of his adult lift, so it was practically printing money for him.

The king of dueling will be crowned the king of the ring. It is inevitable. 

Tony looked at Legolas beside him.

"I'm in coach. Tony "BAZOOKA" Dippolito."

"I ain't be throwing punches though, coach. Imma hug 'em. Imma make their faces turn red, as if they're about to shoot. When they shoot... that's when they lose. That's my finisher move. The Red Bazooka."

A hunched figure burst in, draped in a grey horsehair blanket, smoke billowing around him, carrying a valise and a squirming sack. Flicking the blanket off and rolling it up into a ball, William looked up and spotted Boydy.

"Give a guy a bleeding chance would you? The Boss says I'm going to represent 'AWAKENED' and then says I have to come over here and register ASAP. Only problem is old Spikey and sunlight don't mix to well. Still, no one can say the Big Bad isn't determined, so her I am. I believe there was also an entry fee?"

William set the sack down heavily and several startled mewlings emanate from within. Seeing Boydy's confused look, William isn't so sure of himself anymore.

"I was told by a Chirago demon, who heard from a Chaos Demon, who was told by the brother of a member of the Sisterhood of Jhe that the entry fee was Twenty kittens.... look I have it written down here."

William fishes into his pocket and pulls out a scrap of paper, which he unfolds and reads carefully.

"Sorry, my bad, these are for the bloody Poker game later. The money in the valise is for you."

William slides the valise across the floor to Boydy and picks up his sack again. Folding the paper he puts it back into his pocket, takes out a cigarette and lights it.

"SO yeah, we all good now? William the Bloody's the name, but you can call me Spike on account that I like to torture my victims by driving railroad spikes through their limbs. I'm the Big Bad, Killer of the Anointed one, slayer of... erm Slayers. I fought the legions of hell and I'm still here. Not one of these other saps has a chance against William the Bloody!"

 

Jimmy walked into boydy's office. He smiled gave boydy a firm handshake and sat down. He set a duffle bag on the table. He slowly opened the bag revealing a heavy sum of money.

Boydy my man how you been! Here Is the entree fee for J-Love. I wanted to personally deliver it as I wanted J-love to concentrate on his training.

Here's the 500k as well as a 5million dollar gift to add to the pot. I am hoping other cities will come forward to help raise the pot a little.  Should you need a place to stage one of your fights in Detroit we would gladly host you.

Jimmy slides the duffel bag over to boydy. He stands up and smiles as boydy is counting the money. He makes his way to the door and steps out.

J-Love was enjoying a coffee alongside his lunchtime donut at the crew headquarters when a flyer was placed down in front of him, sitting up to take a closer look he noticed it was a fighting tournament with big rewards, this immediately made J-Love jump out of his seat and without hesitation he grabbed his coat and rushed out to sign up, it didn't take long for him to arrive and seek out Boydy who was busy fending off potential fighters trying to sign up all at once.

"Hey Boydy, I'm here to sign up, names J-Love and I understand my boss already wired the sign up fee."

J-Love pauses for a moment and takes a look around, letting out a slight smile he moves closer to Boydy and whispers..

"May as well put my name on the prize already, i'm taking home the money and some teeth, this lot don't stand a chance."

LillisMolly had seen the flyer about this event and came to look at the funny event when it was about to start, h didn't wanna be in himself but just wanted to look at those fights and having a ball while doing it, he had some that he really hoped winning it but he held that for himself, he would come back a bit later when it starts since he now saw it hasn't started yet.

Train on all fighters, I hope you all are at your best shape when the bell rings for the fight to start.

Wayne strolls up to Boydy, with his arms crossed and a mean look on his face.

"Boydy, how're ya now?"

"Has anyone from Las Vegas entered this?"

Boydy looked at his list of fighters, it appears more had signed up.
