JesTer, having been told by his Crew Leader and foremost his Godfather of his new position, takes a deep breath before preparing to leave his office to make an announcement. The announcement that would change his life.

After giving auth to Marcus (now Godfather), Remus_Lupin and McDermott. There has been a void in Chicago, and Godfather Roman has appointed me as one of his newest Leaders.

JesTer waits for the crowd to settle down and a big smile can be seen on his face.

Though it would not be possible to replace someone with the capability of Godfather Marcus and what he has done for Chicago over this period of time with us, I would like take this opportunity that has been given to me by Godfather Roman as a CHALLENGE, and help him to make this Great city of his even Greater.

I also look forward to working alongside my fellow Crewleaders -Premeir, Drexler & LaQuenta three leaders that have been working hard alongside Godfather Roman to make this city what it is today and with whom I hold a great deal of admiration.

And last but not least I would like to thank Godfather Roman again and I feel immensely flattered that Roman thinks I'm up for this task.

With this JesTer moves from the stage and starts walking back to his office before it gets more crowded.

Spuff had been operating out of Chicago for a while now. During his time in the city he had seen many faces come and go, some moving away to warmer climes to secure new territories under mob rule, and others who had sadly met their end prematurely. Unfortunate though it may be, it was one of the risks inherent in living one's life outside of the law.

One face that had been ever-present though was that of JesTer. They had both served under Roman and had spent a great deal of time sharing both stories and bootleg whiskey in the city headquarters. He was a good lad, a great mobster, and it was only natural that these traits would eventually be recognised and acted upon.

Aah, Jester my good man. It is excellent to see this day come at last. Ever since I came to Chicago you've always been there, and I am pleased as the proverbial punch to see you rise to the position you now hold. We are at a transitional period in our business right now, and many of this fine city's criminal minds have recently departed for Detroit. I know that you'll do a fine job in this turbulent time, and I wish you all the best in your future endeavours.

Well my friend, you've been with us such a long time it's hard to think about my crew without you.  Here we are though, and boy have you earned it.  You've made it through countless obstacles with me and I know you are ready for a new challenge.  I know that your fellow Crewleaders, not just in Chicago, but across the country will come to respect you as I have.  You are definitely a stand-up guy who deserves all that this life will bring.  Congratulations, JesTer!
