First the Garbage truck.

Vinny was sitting on the corner making sure the girls were protected from any assholes or douche bags that would try to harm them. Smoking his cigarette one of the girls came up to him smiling and what not, “Vinny why don’t you ever wanna have fun with us.” Vinny took a big inhale from his cig and looks at her closely.

Exhaling the smoke, “Sweetie, I don’t mix business with pleasure. That might cause some issues with you girls.” He had a chuckle and she pulled out the cash giving Vinny the percentage that they had agreed on. Vinny stuffed it into his pocket, cheesing like a fat kid in a candy shop. Looking down at his watch realizing that it is about 6 am! 

“Alright ladies thats a wrap don’t forget to pay me my percentage.” The women made their way to Vinny giving him the percentage. He is very happy with the nights load, making his way home heading to his apartment. 

Unlocking the door and opening it up making his way to the bedroom where his safe is. As he pulled out the few stacks of cash, he was actually surprised he had a good amount. Smirking as he stuffed it in a bag and walked out. Making his way to a dealership he went and found a few garbage trucks for sale. He was pretty happy with his purchase. The dealership said they would hold on to them for him until he was able to get a building to have them delivered to.

Making his way home to start looking at the adds for warehouses with a lot of land for sale.

Second the Location.

Couple days have passed since Vinny had purchased the garbage trucks. Looking through the paper he finally found a location in Ballard neighborhood in Seattle. Making his way over to the phone he rang up the number that was listed. He spoke to the man on the phone for a few moments, asking him to come down and take a look. 

Making his way down to the street he hails a cab. Giving the cab driver the location, he speeds off. Thinking of purchasing the property he just needs to have everything right. From what the ad said about it seemed like it was perfect for what he was looking for.

As the cab driver pulled up to the location, he steps out and looks around. Noticing a bunch of open land and warehouse at the end of the property that looked like it could fit a few garbage trucks. Chuckling to himself at this thought, he heard a car pull up behind him. 

Turning to see a man in a suit walking up to him with his hand out, “You must be Mr Veneziano that I spoke to on the phone.”

Vinny smiled, “Why yes I am. This is a nice property, the only issue I have is the price.” 

The man tapped his chin thinking a moment. “Listen I’ll knock a few grand off it, but that is it. I want this property gone. I can’t budge much since it is right near the water.”

Vinny looked past the warehouse noticing what looked to be a boat house just behind it touching the water. “Alright deal. I think this should do the trick.” He pulled out a wade of cash handing it over to the man. 

They shook hands and he gave Vinny the keys to the warehouse and docking house. He made his way down to the warehouse, unlocking the door and sliding it open he looked inside, the warehouse was pretty much empty with a set of stairs that led up to what looked like may have been an office. 

Making his way up to the office he rubbed his finger along the desk looking at the line of dust. With his other hand he rubbed his face, this is gonna take a lot of work to clean up. Heading over to the phone on the wall he dialed the operate asking to get a hold of a cleaning crew. 

Couple days later…

The place started to look spit and span. The office and warehouse was clean as a whistle. Vinny checked out the dock and realized he could use this as extra storage as well. Things was really coming together for this possible operation.
