A tired looking Tanda walks out onto the streets from a seemingly new building. Smoking a cuban, he takes a few minutes to gather his thoughts and turns back to look at his newly purchased property.

I'm sure you have all heard the bad news I received today, regarding the loss of our leader. It came as a big shock as I'm sure you can all imagine, losing all you have ever known. The advice, the roof over your head, the familly. All gone in a heartbeat.

I've already received a few letters wishing me the best of luck, and also those hoping I can fill the big boots that have been left to fill. I can't make the promise I'll do as good a job as Caveman did for me, but I'm going to do the best for my members and the city of New York.The building you see behind me may look different, but I will promote the same standards that have been set before.

I would like to think we won't have any problems, but I would appreciate any contact with myself or RHM regarding any of my members firstly. Come and talk to me about any concerns you have.

Without taking any more of your time, I will leave this with you and return to finish the decorating I started earlier.

My friend, it is tough to assume control of a crew under these circumstances.  I know you will have a great deal of success working within the city of New York.  It's an amazing bunch out there, and that's the type of support system you need in times like these.  I encourage you to work your heart out for that family, if you want an example of someone having success in a situation like yours, look no further than the Godfather of Detroit.  Marcus took up the reins on Jonnie Reese's family after Jonnie's untimely demise and look at him now.  I have no doubt your future is equally bright.  My condolences for the loss of Don Caveman, a true New York staple, but my congratulations on this new adventure.

The events of today were shocking and very sad. Your stepping in has been a light the city needed during this time. I know you will lead your family very well and I look forward to working with you here in New York. My condolences and congratulations Tanda.

You opportunity comes with a bitter taste due to Caveman's unfortunate death. But yet as they say 'there is always light at the end of the tunnel'...I am sure you will make NY proud with your work.

Im sure you will do Caveman justice in whatever choices you make or the paths you take. The greatest leaders have come from the most adverse conditions. You may have not set up the way you had  planned but most women dont plan on giving birth...
