Dueling, to me, is meant to be a challenge to a man's honour and to me, there is no honour in bringing 200 friends along to soak up the ammunition for you because your minerals are suspect. 

I would therefore like to propose a dueling option where it is just 1 v 1, no bodyguards involved and the guy with the biggest set of balls wins. 

Dueling is currently seldom used. I don't think it'll be used every 5 minutes even with his option, but it would certainly be better than the lopsided option we have now.

Plus, we could find out if all those people who claim to have the rocks for a challenge actually do, which would be fun, right?

My only concern about this is that I think it would result in a far higher instance of double kills, Which is...not optimal, to my way of thinking. 

I suspect this might actually reduce the already fairly light use of the Dueling feature.

I'm not proposing to remove any of the existing dueling options, just add another to it.

Throw a toggle option on there, "bring your protection"? That way, still have same time, coin flip etc. and the option for it to be exactly as it is now.

But also an option for those with balls...

To prevent abuse and repeat challenges being rejected, you could add a cool down that if a person rejects your challenge there is a X amount of time until you are able to offer them out again.

Ah, I missed the toggle option. 

I'd be in support of the option to subtract BGs.

Also, In a vacuum, I like the cooldown timer. Spam is such a pain.

So a +1 to your idea, and a farther +1 to a cooldown on issuing challenges

I wasn’t fully aware of how this worked but now you explain it, I couldn’t imagine it being realistic any other way. I mean, if you’re gonna get your balls out, get ‘em out!
