After a hard night of drinking with Opus, Charlie pushed open to doors of The Liberazione headquarters. The sudden burst of sunlight made him squint and cover his eyes. Quickly turning round he heads back into his office to collect his trusty sunglasses, he then returns to the doors of the HQ to finally begin his speech.

After a long night on the town with my most trusted Captain we have decided that it is time again for Los Angeles to expand. We have reviewed a number of candidates from both our respective families and It has been a hard decision but we think we have chosen the right person for the job. The candidate in question has worked extremely hard to get to where he is today and that's why we have decided to give him this opportunity. Without any further ado id like to hand you over to Opus.

Pausing for breath Charlie checks his pockets for a cigar and lighter, Taking the cigar out of his pocket he rests it between his lips and lights it. With a deep sigh he exhales, sending a large cloud of smoke into the street. Confused, Charlie looks around waiting for Opus to begin…

Stepping forward from the crowd, a bit hungover from the night before, Opus lights up a cigarette and takes a quick drag and exhales

After much deliberating and a few to many drinks, Don Croker and I have come to an understanding on how to press forward here in LA. As the Don continues to work hard to restore the luster back to this great city with Ms_Molson and his family, he has asked for my help. Today the Byrds will expand into two crews to further support our Don in the construction of his vision.

Pausing to take another drag of his cigarette, Opus points to his trusted LH Cross-DeCaprio and asks him to step forward

Cross, you have been a trusted member of my organization for sometime now. You have always stepped up to every challenge presented to you and done them to the best of your ability. You sir have handled yourself with respect and loyalty as I have watched you grow from a thug just looking to impress, to the fine mafioso you have become today. With that said, we feel you should get the chance to further spread your wings and start your own branch of Byrds here in the City of Angels. There has been some issues controlling the Orange County district and you will be sent out there to restore stability to the area and make it safe for our kind again.

Opus pulls out a set of keys and hands them to Cross-DeCaprio

Now go you have much work to do and I have no doubt you will make not only me proud, but all of Los Angeles.

Cross stands there speechless for a few minutes looking at the keys to Orange County. He looks at Don Charlie Croker and the upper echelon one by one then finally at his boss Opus.


Wow thank you for this immense opportunity. I will do everything within my power to make you all proud of this decision. This is truly an honor and I can't thank any of you enough for this.

Cross looks at the sky and smiles at the blessing he has just received, then he looks at the crowd before speaking.


Goodmorning LA, I am very proud to stand before you all and I vow to stand with you always. I will work to make you proud and prosperous. The citizens of this great city can count on me as a friend. Thank you all!
