Praeceps walks into the street and looks around for the target, I mean, subject, of his affections. Spotting Joey_Cesari, he strolls amiably up to him before addressing the powerful man.

Well now, a lot of people think that to get the most out of a relationship you should have something in common, something you can both relate to, something you can build upon. Me, I think that two people, if they love each other, can overcome that. They can make it work. They can go the distance. Then we have people like you and me. Absolute strangers. See, we’ve got the best lot of all. We aren’t annoyed by each others little habits, we don’t feel like the relationship has hit a dry spot, and we sure as hell don’t feel all giddy like a couple of high school cheerleaders who took a little too much speed.

See, I got this idea. We can head on down to Delaware City. There we can go one of two ways. If you’re up for the glitz and glamor who can go see some shows, maybe take a walk down on the boardwalk and finish up the night in one of the clubs that haven’t been raided yet.

Now, I don’t want you thinking I just want to be a Public Mr. Joey_Cesari. We can keep  it on the down low as well. Catch a quiet dinner, go for a walk on the beach, maybe see what they have playing in the Cinema. We can keep the whole night just to the two of us.

Now of course we couldn’t stop there. What would a night be with one of Kamakazie’s people if we didn’t have a good time after returning to the hotel as well? When we get back to the room, the rest of the night will be about you. A hot bath, some soft music, and a whole lot of candles. After getting you nice and relaxed we can finish off the night with a good old fashioned wrestling match, full-contact of course.

See? I told you we can make this work. You just need to have a little faith and be willing to try Us out.

After Praecep's love poem, Inferno runs past Praecep taking his wallet.

Inferno later decides to walk up to Deleware city with Praeceps, and a host of other mafioso all stuffed in a white un-marked van.

They are all strapped with ak-47s, uzis, and Guiles. After opening fire on several rude Durdens they briskly walk away from the scene leaving the van.
