After finding the keys to his bike Mathius moves back outside to where the bike is parked and takes a good long look at the cover over the bike, thinking about what he should expect when he removes the cover. Although he stood there and understood that the bike will no longer look the way it used Mathius remembered exactly what the bike should look like; a nice blend of colors, cherry red for the frame with black tires and a black seat and a nice color of chrome for the motor and others parts. Removing the cover over the motorcycle some dust is kicked up into the air and what is revealed to Mathius is not a rusted bike from being outside for to long, but a pristine bike as if it was just bought. Looking at the bike Mathius had to calm himself as he almost falls into tears again, and as he stands there Mathius thinks to himself. . . .

"Ma, thank you, thank you for keeping it like this for me."

Taking the bike to the front of the house at the end of the driveway Mathius takes a look back at the house and sighs. Getting on the bike Mathius gives it a go and pulls out of the driveway, not knowing where just yet, but mostly to just drive around for a while and try to forget things that have happened over the last couple of years. As Mathius drives he ends up in downtown Manhattan driving past all the stores an buildings and eventually loses himself in his thoughts even as he tried not to. Thinking about the things that happened Mathius sat there on the bike trying not to accept the things he has gone through, fighting with himself to try and figure out what he should do now and whether this road that he is on will lead to a dead end or not.

"Find er' thing alright there lad?"

"Yes, just these two please"

"Alright here ya go, jus don' go hurten yourself alright, I seen people with tha look befo' somean't ain right wit you i can tell"

"Yeah all right old man, thanks for the drinks"

Taking his leave Mathius cracks open one of the bottles and takes a couple of big gulps and closes the lid on it. Getting back on the bike Mathius takes his bike an starts heading to the nearest park.

Wayne was headed down to the liquor store to stock up on Gus n' Bru. It had been a big weekend, he had hosted a large party on the farm and they had drank literally all of the alcohol. As he walked in he held the door open for a man who had been sitting awkwardly on on a motorbike, with a blank stare. Reminded Wayne of Taradiddle_.  Wayne was just trying to be polite.

He went inside and selected a case of Gus n' Bru and took it to the cashier to pay. The motorbike man was behind him with a couple of massive bottles of liquor. Slipping the cashier a couple of bills, Wayne took his case outside and put it in the back of the truck.

The motorcycle guy came outside with his big bottles and promptly drank about half of one, before getting on his bike and starting it.

"Hey bud, it ain't safe to drink n' drive ya know, you could hurt someone!"

@Taradiddle noticed some drunk guy stepping out of the liquor store Wayne had just entered. Taradiddle_ wouldn't be surprised if it in fact was not a liquor store, but just some sort of decoy for a place in which very particular things sometimes happened when several men would enter atthe same time..

Anyway, @Taradiddle thought, I'll take a stroll in the park. Maybe AvardT will be there, practising his swing on Kinky_Roger..

After making his way to his bike Mathius hears somebody call out to him about drinkin n' drivin. Turnin around to face the man who spoke to him, Mathius looks the man directly in the eyes and speaks to the man. . . .

"I don't know who you are, but don' worry bout my problems or what I'm doin"

Getting on his bike an starting it up Mathius sits there an thinks to himself if this would make his ma happy. After about a minute of sitting there he gets off his bike pulling out the keys. Turnin to look at the man one last time Mathius takes the half empty bottle of whiskey and finishes it, and starts making his way to the nearest park while carrying the other bottle and pulling out a cigar and cutting off the end to smoke it.
