A limousine pulls up and a debonair, handsome man steps out.  His assistant drags over a soapbox.  Louis_T steps onto it and starts to speak...

"With thanks to Wayne, and respect to Garou, I announce the opening of The Chicago Tribune.  We are a newspaper, although it has been alleged that that's nothing but a cover for a reputed crime family.

That's for the other newspapers to decide, but, for now, we are simply The Chicago Tribune. 

We will be announcing new members and publications soon.

We wish you a very pleasant day."

Mike Rotchburns listens as his Editor-in-Chief, his boss greets the masses about his new paper company. 

Mike then turns to Louis_T

"Thank you Louis_T for this job and opportunity to work under you. I am excited to see what you can bring to the City of Chicago. Let's get Started Boss, but first I need to get out of these dirt garments."

As Mike itches his crotch and walks away.
