Sadly, this really isnt possible. Since an alarming number of members use fake emails, this poisons our email reputation every time we send out mails. Basically, we send out a mail to each of the 750 members, 200 bounce, and we get penalized (since no reputable sender would have that ratio of fails to legits).

We need to really put in code to enforce email validation before an account can reach a certain level in the game. (I.E. you cant get to gangster without verifying your email). This was never put into place because a large portion of our mails end in junkmail or get filtered out at the ISP level. So its sort of a catch-22, we are at the mercy of the users who abuse the system, so in turn, we cant send out the emails we want to, which is required to build reputation, which would enable us to send mail.
