After his meeting with TheDean, RoRoG walked out of the office still partially shocked at the revelations that the meeting held. At that time he met with his right hand man, -BostonGeorgeJung, and they walked towards RoRoG's private office which was located in the middle of Times Square. George could obviously see RoRoG had some big news and during the entire trip no words were spoken between the two of them. Once they finally got into the office, RoRoG immediately poured himself a drink and he began to talk to George.

"You know that there were a lot of rumors swirling around that meeting but in the end it was THAT. TheDean is retiring and I was authorized to take our business into New Orleans and to run that city's affairs as I see fit. I think we'll go with the plan we were discussing before if this was the case. I'll make the announcement at the dinner meeting tonight."

RoRoG needed to rest for a while after all the news he had heard that day. A man you could call his mentor and the respected leader of his home city decided to retire and RoRoG was soon to be on his own with to create a bright future for his own family. Hopefully, RoRoG could pass on the same values of honor and respect that were passed on to him. As all these thoughts passed through his head, RoRoG rested in his office until it was time to head to his New York restaurant for the family meeting. All the button men and women associated with his family were present and after they enjoyed a meal together, RoRoG began to speak to the group.

"Well everyone, I know a lot of rumors have been swirling around recently concerning the future of the city of New York and our family in particular so let me all the rumors to rest. First of all, our leader TheDean is retiring. I know a lot of you are shocked to hear that but let me continue. As one of his last actions, TheDean decided to send me to New Orleans to run business there. This decision was made with the blessing of Godfather Roman as well. Both men have achieved much in this world and I am honored to have their blessings."

The entire room began whispering to themselves about all the possibilities the future would hold as RoRoG paused to have a drink and gather his thoughts.

"Obviously there's a lot of work to do so let me make a few announcements and then we can be on our way. First of all, I would like to announce that -BostonGeorgeJung will be taking up a position as a captain of New Orleans. He has truly earned the opportunity to run his crew due to everything he has done for the crew and myself. I look forward to watching what he will do with this opportunity. Also, Anthony_Bellarosa will be setting up alongside him as a captain. Anthony has achieved much within the family and I am excited to see what he can bring as a captain of New Orleans."

RoRoG paused for a moment so both men could receive their congratulations from the group and so he could enjoy the moment where two of his most trusted men were going to become mentors to their people as he tried to be with them. Once the excitement died down a little RoRoG got back up and continued…

One last thing before we settle the last of our business in New York, I'm truly proud to have worked with all of you and I look forward to seeing you all grow over the next few months. We have the potential to achieve greatness because we have the honor and respect necessary to be successful in this world of ours. The only question is, "What will we do with the opportunity before us?" I don't intend to waste it and I know none of you will either.

After the end of his speech and after the meetings and other events of the day were over RoRoG decided to go back to his office to clean up some paperwork before the big move. After a couple hours of working on contracts and building permits in the New Orleans area as well as passing on his old ones to the new Godmother of New York, he decided to write each of the other city leaders a quick note. Each person received a different note but there was one passage that was the same in each of the letters.

"…I know a lot will be happening since we have entered a period of change and I don't know what these times will bring but at the end of the day I will treat you with respect that you have all earned in your own right. I expect there will be times where our relationship will be tested in various ways but I will give each of you the benefit of the doubt and I hope that you will do the same. You will always be welcome to share a drink with me here in New Orleans should you decide to visit."

…And with those words and others that need not be mentioned, RoRoG moved his operation to New Orleans with the rest of The Shadows.

Proud moment for me, a very proud moment. Since you returned to this thing of ours, we've built a solid friendship. You where always there to help me when I needed something and Ive never forgotten that. Seeing you rise to the rank of godfather has been fantastic. You WILL do excellent things for the city of New Orleans. Best of luck to you my friend, I look forward to coming to your new home soon!

Being a part of your family for many months I am happy to see you got the rank of Godfather. I know from my experience in the past few months that you will do a great job as Godfather of New Orleans. I wouldn't even know where to begin when it comes our ventures. It has truely been an honor to work for you. Everything that you did to take care of me after the timely death of my father was a very admirable thing to do. Learning from our expirience you helped me grow into the mafioso I am today. I am greatful for everything you've done.

I am so glad to see you take over the city of New Orleans, my friend.  We've always joked in the past that we'd meet under better circumstances as there was always some type of punishment to dole out.

Well here we are, sir, and I couldn't be any more thrilled to see you take this next step.

Congratulations my friend, this one was a long time coming. I have been very busy over the last few days because of our own move into the city of Las Vegas. I am sure you will do wonders with the great city of New Orleans.

You have huge shoes to fill since the untimely demise of its former Godfather, but if anybody can fill those shoes, its you my friend. Congratulations again:-)

The church bells from Saint Louis Cathedral were ringing. A marriage had just happened but something deeper was now going on. Down in Bourbon street the people were celebrating and enjoying themselves. Men and Women danced in the streets celebrating the new Marriage that had happened in town but the mobsters were celebrating something more sinister. SINGER stood behind the made men of New Orleans and listened as all these people were kissing the ring of the new Godfather. When Ridge, The Left Hand Man of Anthony_Bellarosa, had ushered SINGER to kiss the ring of Godfather RoRoG, SINGER was unbelievably nervous. With all courage finally found within him he approached the Leader of the city.

Godfather, it is an honor.

 The only words SINGER could give. He never met the man, this was his first interaction. SINGER probably could have said how deserving the new Godfather was and how amazing this was. Nope none of it had happened. When he walked back to the room and witnessed other great leaaders shaking hands with the Godfather SINGER was in awe.

When the clock struck midnight that night SINGER headed up to the cathedral with Anthony_Bellarosa and looked around at the statues of saints that could be seen everywhere. SINGER smiled at Anthony and pointed at one of those portraits.

Bellarosa, I am overwhelmed with Joy for you. I believe you will excel in this place beyond any and all expectations. With Ridge beside you and the great BananaBender, You'll have a portrait hanging up of you as one of the greatest mafioso to have ever lived.

RoRoG you did it! I am so excited to see your move to New Orleans although I will miss you up here in New York. I have never known a more patient and fair man, two traits I know you will use to help you shine in your role of Godfather. Just please promise we will still meet up for time to time for our snack and drink like the in the old days. Congratulations my friend.

Godfather RoRoG we worked next to eachother in New York for a long time and now we both got the chance to push forward and expand our own organizations and run a city. You were very patient and you have a great family and I wish you good luck and hope your city prospers. We both have a shot to do whatever we want, any idea you ever had is an option and the sky is the limit. I hope you enjoy it and make it the best you can.

Look at you now! Godfather eh? Absolutely delighted to see this day. I still remember how my grand pa spoke of you after the big wars in TheDean's early days, you stood out, setup and housed New Yorkers when we had a lack of space. You came through for New York when we most needed it, New Orleans has no idea whats install for it...The Big Easy just got a face lift.

I know you will rebuild and drive the city of New Orleans to new heights. Congratulations Godfather RoRoG, you deserve it!
