We shouldn't keep it "as is" because don't forget that if we don't fill things within a set time limit, we will get NPC Crews... and NO ONE wants that shit. |

I would close Seattle, cut the 3 district cities to 2. Then the districts can reopen with activity. We know in some cases people have held ia's for as long as possible as can't fill up as new auths come. |
