I deserve to because I cracked the code.
Here's a hint: Caesar Cipher is the most overused cryptographic system by people in the internet and I figured it out just by looking at the letters, lmao |

For the record, I love this stuff. Caesar Cipher is simply offsetting letters by a certain amount, a method that Caesar supposedly used to keep this letters more private.
For example in the one above, we start with the low hanging fruit. The L's are a single letter, for the most part that means it will be an A, or an I. So if its an A, but listed as an L, we shift it by 11 characters, which would make the rest A VWKWJNW LG TWU... makes no sense, lets try it as an I. We shift it by 3 characters, which would make the rest "I DESERVE TO BECAUSE I CRACKED THE CODE..." bingo :)
